Porumbacu treehouse is the perfect place for a vacation, immersed in a small forest right in the heart of Porumbacu, a mountain village in Transylvania. Two rivers cross the property and you will wake up very day in a deep green landscape. Escape from the busy weekdays life and find the relaxing and quiet way of living. In addition, in the front yard there is our Transylvanian guesthouse where you will find other facilities for a pleasant stay: fully equipped kitchen, wifi barbecue, kiosk, etc.

The apartment is part of a traditional transylanian farmhouse, with a private entryway. The rooms are freshly restored and offer a cozy and calm ambiance. Breakfast is included and consists of delicious, organic and local ingredients, most of them actually being produced on the farm, that you are welcome to visit. Farm to table dinner is available as well, upon request beforehand (at least two days before arrival). We make equisite cheese, butter, charcuterie and other delicious treats.

You can experience the wood burning stove and isolated feeling that we all sometimes crave, while still enjoying some luxury touches and a state of warm snug comfort.

Linistea Muntilor Chalet - Two-Bedroom Chalet

This is our first chalet, built in 2021. It has a Swedish inspired architecture, with modern finishing and very bright interiors. The front terrace has an astounding overview of the entire Fagaras Moutains ridge and just in front of the terrace, 5m away, there is the lake. Inside there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Outside the bedrooms there is a open-space kitchen and dining area with view towards the moat and the lake.

Amazing woodwork that has been carefully renovated to the original look. Two minutes walk from Turnul Sfatului in Piata Mare. The lu'Doro chalet awaits you in the Fagaras Mountains, on the Valley of the Midas, in an authentic natural setting, for an "back to nature" experience. The lu' Doro cottage is right on the route to Suru Peak, the distance from it is 4h. The lu'Doro cottage is open for lovers of tranquility and nature lovers. Not suitable for party people or lovers of urban comfort.
