Bay Lake is decorated in a coastal farmhouse style. Master bedroom w/ en-suite offers a queen bed. BR2 offers a queen bed. Finally, BR3 offers a twin over full bunk bed. A lovely oasis, Kingsmill on the James River (not part of Kingsmill Resort*) is adjacent to and was built by Busch Gardens and offers acres of preserved nature. This 1400 square feet condo, the largest two bedroom two full bathroom available in the newest section by the James River, walk to beach, spa, restaurants, playground. Condo has views of water in 3 seasons. *there's spa and beach access, for dogs too, but not pool...to use pool and resort, please book directly through Resort.

This house was recently renovated to accommodate an open floor plan and modern amenities. We decorated it with lots of vintage and nautical touches. Not only can you enjoy nature from the backyard, but our home is also a very short walk to Hoffler Creek Wildlife Preserve – a fabulous 142-acre nature preserve.
