Vacation rentals with a patio in Portsmouth

Karen and Brian were wondering hosts. Extremely accommodating and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend their apartment. It was so adorable and clean and had everything we could need and more! We would definitely come back again!

Great place to stay, and hosts were very friendly and responsive. One note.. not related to the unit or the hosts but to navigation to the unit ... our GPS had us drive right past it and then drive around the block and attempt to pull in from behind which is impossible. So if you choose to stay here, and you should :-) , be aware..

My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful time visiting Boston and Ryan's place made the travel and exploration so enjoyable. It's an 8min walk to the subway and it's super easy to hop lines! The area is really comfortable too, Target and Stop&Shop are an easy walking distance for extra groceries or anything else you would need. I would recommend anyone to stay here, as the place is small but comfortable and incredibly homey.

Stunning apartment, in a beautiful location! The hosts were very responsive and helped us figure out a last minute booking. This was probably the most beautiful airbnb I have stayed in so far.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Andree's place! The apartment has an amazing view and is beautifully styled and comfortable. Andree is an incredibly responsive host and provided great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

What a delightful, clean, well appointed home! We felt so at home from the moment we stepped in. It was perfect for my family and gave us a wonderful place for our stay in the area. The house was so clean and has the charm of an older home while still maintaining all the modern conveniences. It is tastefully decorated and truly very comfortable. The home is located very close to downtown Portsmouth and is just a short walk if you don't want to take your vehicle. We enjoyed our time there and gave us some great family memories. This was my second stay, and it was just as great as the first! The home is spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully decorated. It has such a cozy, peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. I truly appreciate how consistent the experience has been, and Kathy continues to be kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

Our rental was roomy with 6 adults and slept comfortably with bedrooms were big and roomy. The coffee station was great with everything we needed. William was there to greet us and allowed us an early check in to drop off luggage before enjoying the area. Lots of towels and toiletries. The place was very clean and enjoyed the snacks. Thanks.

Outstanding place! Great location! Accommodating host! This charming and spacious home was perfect for our three-generation family gathering. We felt right at home and couldn't help but notice all the special little touches that made our stay comfortable. Our three teenagers especially loved the game room and having their own private bedrooms on the third floor. Ben was an attentive and caring host who quickly responded to the few questions that came up. We were able to walk just about anywhere we wanted to go which was another real plus. We look forward to coming back!

This place has a million dollar view of the ocean. With the front porch and huge sliders to appreciate view anywhere on the first floor it was a spectacular house. The kitchen’s high end appliances and clean white cabinets gave a it a real beach feel. The master’s view of the ocean was fantastic to sleep in with the windows open to hear the waves. The bedrooms are all well done and as good as the pictures on line. The house could. Not have been better to celebrate our son’s wedding! We are already planning to return with friends for a future visit.

This place was perfect! Very clean , and I’m very particular! We loved sitting out on the deck listening to the Owls. There was a pair of them. One suggestion updated the deck furniture. There was only 3 places to sit. The chairs were pretty shaky ! But you wouldn’t be disappointed in your stay. Recommend

Great getaway spot for a spring trip with the family! Enjoyed exploring the pond, relaxing in the hot tub and spending quality time in this beautiful home.

This was a wonderful space in a lovely town. Walk to restaurants and easy access to the T. Just a heads up! Parking is for one vehicle. We parked additional vehicles on the T station not too far away. Highly recommend this place.

The Porch House is the perfect place to stay in Salem. Alex & David were gracious and dependable hosts. Everything was easy and detailed. The house is gorgeous, perfect creaky wood floors and lovely natural light, comfy beds, all the necessities and lovely extras like local coffee and a welcome treat. Alex offers great ideas for your stay. The location is perfect..just steps away from the busy tourist area, but quiet and lovely. Any way you walk from the house there are things to do. Being close to the Commons is delightful and we loved coffee on the porch and watching the locals walk their dogs. It’s incredibly clean, full kitchen, great linens. Minutes to walk to the wharf, the center of town or the other restaurants and coffee places around. Right across the street from Goodnight Fatty which will thrill you if you like sweets. If you are lucky, you’ll meet the gorgeous house cats. Thank you for making our stay so lovey.

This was a teeny tiny condo (<200 sq ft!) but spotlessly clean, well appropriated, and a great location. The bed was comfy and the loft area was tall enough to sit up and move around. It was a 5 minute walk to Pine Point Beach. There are about dozen other tiny cottages in the condo association, clustered around a central parking lot, so if all of them were full there wouldn’t be a ton of privacy but we were there in the off season and it was peaceful and quiet.

Super cozy space, very responsive Host!

We had a great stay in Boston. We really appreciated being able to drop our luggage off in locked storage since our flight got in early. There are many great restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores just a short walk away. Additionally, it took us about 3 minutes to walk to the closest T station for easy access to the airport and downtown. The Airbnb was very well equipped, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. Thank you Ali for a fantastic stay!

Great place. The deck overlooking the lake was great! The large deck over the water was a great place to hang out, and everyone we meet were friendly. Only 3 steps off the deck/dock to get into the refreshing water. The game room pool table and pool accessories were all in great shape ( Remember to bring quarters, $1.00 per a game). The internet works great we had 4 people working on laptops in the morning and no issues were observed. Will stay at again!

We only had two nights at Dave’s place but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The decor was great and matched the Maine vibe while it also had all the modern amenities an Airbnb needs. Only ten minutes into the centre of Portland and very close to the beach as well. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be fully stocked. The washer and dryer were also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Host was communicative and location was cozy and clean, i would stay there again just be sure to work out parking before.
