The location matches the listing, both hosts are very kind and promptly answered all questions. Even arriving at the place at dawn, they were very helpful and flexible, the place is very clean and comfortable, perfect for those who just want a place to sleep and leave their things! There's no TV/sofa, which is not a problem, the kitchen is great with all the items. If you have a problem with noise, you might be bothered by the noise coming from the street, but nothing too annoying. The place is well located, there is a bakery and supermarket less than 800m from the place, easy to get to the mall and downtown.

Estadia in a pleasant place, well-maintained kitchen with all the necessary utensils Although it has only the air-conditioning in the bedroom, because it is a smaller space it can refresh the entire environment and together with the fan is sufficient It is like a small village, very familiar and quiet, quiet nights and a good sense of security.
