Miguel was always very quick to response to any enquires , very helpful . The place was comfortable and with all the amenities to spend a nice and comfortable holidays. The beach is a 5 min walk and it’s absolutely stunning.

Finka is located far from villages and cities, so I recommend it for those who value peace and quiet. You can really relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. A good starting point for the eastern part of Mallorca. One of the amenities worth mentioning is certainly a large swimming pool. Lidl and other stores are about 10 minutes away by car. Practical notes: - Finka offers many cottages. Some have a mezzanine and a step in the living room. If you're traveling with a small child, ask for one without stairs. - there was a coffee machine for ground coffee in our house - there are three bays near Finka. It is worth visiting the northernmost one. The road is behind a closed gate right next to the fence. Ask the owners for instructions.

We enjoyed our stay at Jaime's house. It is tastefully decorated in a minimalist way and there is nothing missing in terms of amenities. Highlighted are the very comfortable mattresses, the satellite TV, the air conditioning and the fully equipped kitchen. But the best part is the location in a quiet Mallorcan residential street and yet only 100m from the beach and restaurants. Jaime is straightforward and could be reached immediately if needed.

Modern, bright, generously sized house. The private pool is a real highlight! A sandy beach is a few minutes walk away and also a few hidden coves with turquoise waters can be reached with a walk. An absolute recommendation is also the Dragon Caves in Porto Cristo (best to book a timeslot beforehand). The downside is the garbage collection that everyone (!) Day around 1 am and 7 in the morning the containers located in front of the house empty...
