WALK 1-2 min and you are at the ocean! The reason to come to the beach is to enjoy the ocean! La Mar Chulamar is located on private beach with 24/7 security and police patrolling! It has only 3 houses 100% equipped with WiFi , air conditioning and many refrigerators. Each house has its own swimming pool and private parking, they do not share anything. This one is in the back no need to pay more since it is 2 min walk to the ocean has her own pergola and fire pit in front of the ocean!
