Ideally located on the beachfront with a great private terrace (100 sq m). Enjoy a great sandy beach over 2 Km long, right outside the apartment. The neighborhood has all the services you need (shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy) and a large free public parking (El Palmeral). The historic center is about 25 minutes away on foot or 5 by car, and the bus and train station is at the same distance. The nearest urban bus stop is less than 2 minutes away.

I stayed at Teresa's for 2.5 weeks. I was teleworking from the bedroom without any problems. Teresa is very friendly and cool. I felt right at home. I went looking for a comfortable and quiet place to work until I relocated and found much more than that!! I've also met his partner Javi, and he's a very nice guy too!! I was invited to dinner the first night I arrived very late, very tasty!!

David and Esther are excellent hosts. Their home is beautiful and exactly as described and pictured. Exactly! This is a shared accommodation, I had my own bedroom and bathroom. the rest of the space was shared. They made every effort to make me feel comfortable and at home. I loved staying here. The location is ideal. Across the street from the train/bus station and about one block to a local supermarket. The beach and boardwalk is only a 10 minute walk. And the downtown area is about a 20 minute walk. Just ideal location! Lovely home in a secure building. Highly recommend!

Olga was very responsible and you can see clearly how good her hospitality by all the amenities, kitchen equipments, clean good quality sheets and so on. The location is the best in Almeria, quiet and still very close to cathedral, the beach and every adventure or restaurant you would like to have. Long story short — was amazing! Apartment is very cosy, spacious and comfortable. Thank you so much ❤️.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment equipped with high quality furnishings and incredible attention to detail. Literally 2 minutes walk to the beach and in an area with plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. Highly recommended!
