The home was very cozy and clean. It was also surrounded by beautiful scenery. Location was perfect for a quick fishing get away and drive to the beach. Not only did the host have quick communication but also returned an item that my son forgot. They are very trust worthy. We will definitely be booking again in the near future. I 100% recommend this home and host.

The place is spacious with a large kitchen, lots of countertops, big dining room table no clutter, and a bathroom downstairs. The bedrooms are all upstairs. The adult rooms are large and the master bedroom has a large bathroom and an additional room with a bunkbed for children and that was perfect for us. And the third bedroom accommodates four people. The house is just as a pictures show, quiet the view, is gorgeous, walking distance from everything. Interesting artwork♥️

Spacious outdoor seating, amenities are great so you don’t need to overpack for the beach. Great walking distance to the beach and to dollar general. Had a great time with the family.

Jose was really nice answered all of our questions and really responsive, this is the second time we have booked this house and it is in a really great spot close to the beach, liquor store, and a market all on the corner. It has all the amenities they list and you feel right at home. They have a pool which was really fun and a great bbq setup. Great for big families . We hope to go back when we can again. Very cozy home, a little bit small but super comfortable. The place is a great location for an afternight get together. Is very quiet area and not a lot of traffic at all. Would stay again if I go back again.

Beautiful Saltillo Tile House We loved this place so much—we wish it was ours! We stayed at Leonard’s beautiful home at the beginning of May, while transitioning from Houston to the SPIG community and setting up our new place. The moment we walked in, I fell in love. The house is welcoming and beautifully decorated. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the open backyard and the golf course. We especially loved the cozy, pergola-covered back porch overlooking the golf course—it quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffees and sunset wines. Leonard was a wonderful host, checking in on us and sharing fantastic recommendations in the area. I couldn’t recommend this place more. If you’re visiting the area, definitely stay here—you won’t regret it!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay here! The location is a 10/10—pet friendly with immediate beach access. The Airbnb itself is modest and no-frills, but it was perfect for what we needed. We brought a few of our own little luxuries (snacks, water, coffee, and beach towels) based on other reviews, which made everything feel seamless. The stunning patio view of the beach was incredible and easily the best part of the unit. Waking up to the sunrise with a cup of coffee or winding down while watching the sunset was an unforgettable highlight. The easy access to the beach made full-day visits in the sun super convenient, especially with a kid and a pup in tow. The space was easy to access, and the host was very communicative throughout our stay. While the fold-out couch wasn’t ideal for sleeping, we were comfortable with two adults and our five-year-old all sharing the spacious king-sized bed. We had a great time at the Condo and the access was easy and pools were great. We had plenty of room and the Condo was a perfect fit for our family, will rent the place again.

I had a fantastic stay at this condo in South Padre Island, Texas. The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made check-in and any questions super easy. The location was perfect, and everything felt just as described. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting SPI, and I’d happily stay here again!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this beachfront condo! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views right from the balcony. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and cozy, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to breathtaking sunrises. It was the perfect spot for a peaceful and refreshing escape. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

I will happily rebook this Air BnB! Marguerite was very proactive with her communication and the location was perfect with beach access 5 mins away. The biggest thing I appreciated was the shower located on the outside and one in the backyard so we could clean ourselves and our belongings before entering the unit! I also very much appreciated the designated parking and beach towels provided.

Excellent experience! The apartment is very nice, very well-equipped and in excellent condition. The complex is very good with several pools and easy beach access. The common areas in very good condition and very well maintained. Easy access to parking. Excellent attention from the owners, they were in constant communication and they even offered me early check-in. Very happy with the overall experience, I definitely recommend it and I would come back!

The condo was clean and nice. Rules are laid out nicely and easy to follow. South Padre Trips staff were responsive and made life easy when checking in. Condo is walkable to the beach and to the South Padre Brewery which was nice. We loved our stay.

This place is great for a beach get away with family or friends. Checking in and out was easy! If we had any questions they were quick to respond and help us.
