Bring your relaxed attitude as there is a fully enclosed courtyard with outdoor dining facilities, under cover area and a gas barbecue as well as an outdoor shower. Enjoy the views of the beach and across the golf course from the sunny deck and you'll love being able to walk to beach, shops, cafes and the Country Club.  The master bedroom is spacious and airy with a queen bed and a TV opening out to a sunny verandah with ocean views. The second bedroom features a tri-bunk with a double bed base + a single bunk on the top. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge room if required.
