Tanglewood Cabin

JessicaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Sarah and Peter were wonderful hosts; easy check-in/ check-out, responsive, and friendly! The cabin was everything we could have possibly hoped for for our quiet weekend outside of the city. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, and the woodstove made the space feel even more homey, especially during a rainy weekend. We had a lovely weekend and we would definitely love to come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Mallard on Church Lake Accessible Lakefront AFrame

Les TylerRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Our stay at Mallard at Church Lake was fantastic! The A-frame design is stunning with beautiful decor throughout. The kitchen setup was perfect, and we loved using the outdoor grill for lakeside meals. As birding enthusiasts, we added many new species to our Life List and learned fascinating details about mallard duck behavior and life cycles. The location is a nature lover's dream. What really set this property apart were the excellent accessibility features (wheelchair ramp, no-threshold shower, seamless floor transitions, etc., which accommodated our disabilities. The hosts were communicative before and during our stay, making everything seamless. We enjoyed canoeing and paddleboarding during the day and incredible stargazing at night under clear skies. This property offers the perfect blend of comfort, accessibility, and natural beauty. We'd absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to other travellers, especially those needing accessible accommodations!

Medway River Get Away

WilliamRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This spot has been on my radar for a while, and did not disappoint. The structure is really a work of art with every bit as much functionality- every space is utilized, well thought through and stunning. The location was serene and even though we only had bouts of nice weather, watching it all from inside was beautiful to say the least... We wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for the memories!
