Vacation rentals with lake access in Port Franks

Cozy place for a holiday getaway. Close drive to restaurants and town of Lexington. The lake was beautiful and stars at night were very visible, a huge plus for us during the evenings to use the telescope we brought along for the trip.

Stayed here with three girlfriends for a weekend and loved Shay's place! The information that Shay provided was clear and she was very responsive. The house is beautiful - lovely design and decoration, well stocked kitchen and comfortable areas to lounge and relax. The location right on the water was so pretty. If I wanted to host a family gathering, I would definitely want to come back here. Well worth the money and highly recommended.

Just returned from a 3 night stay for a lady's getaway. Trudy's place is just perfect inside and out. We enjoyed the numerous deck spaces, the view by the water, the firepit outside and even the live leafs game outdoors on the projector screen set up. So many amenities which is fantastic not to have to bring. Tons of sleeping space, open kitchen area with very large dinner table to accommodate a gathering. The house was perfect for our two families to share while in town for a hockey tournament. The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The place looks even better than in the photos. Would definitely return

We had an amazing stay at Mikes air bnb in Grand Bend for my Husbands 30th. The place was wonderful with lots of things to do and a lot of indoor and outdoor space. Mike was more than responsive to us and helped us with any questions we had and made sure everything was working and fixed for us. Him and his wife were super responsive and were able to accommodate us with early check in and late checkout because the place was available the night before and after. This was very kind of them and they did not have to do this. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The most amazing thing about this air bnb is the location , it’s a minute walk from the main strip and had so many extra amenities such as kayaks. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting grand bend. The inside of the place is modern, new and had everything we needed and the outdoor space was equipped with bbqs, outdoor Furniture etc. we would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful vacation at Sandy's cottage. The surroundings are gorgeous, the stairway down to the lake is very easy to get to, and there were even some playful squirrels to watch from the front windows. Everything was clean and tidy, the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry areas were all well stocked. The water was delightfully hot, the central heat kept us extremely comfortable. This really is a gem of a place! Sandy was a very responsive, friendly host. We had no issues with check in or check out--everything was lovely. We had a wonderful stay at Grant and Jane’s suite. We visited Port Stanley for our little one’s first Mother’s Day, and had an amazing stay. The unit is located bang on top of the Port Stanley marina with breathtaking views of the pier and Lake Erie. It is located very close to a number of nice eateries, and everything you’ll need at a quaint tourist town. To help us out, the owners were sweet enough to arrange for a booster seat for the baby. The house was extremely clean, with an abundant supply of extras and toileteries. The checkin and checkout processes very super smooth, and they happily agreed to let us take the time to checkout with the baby’s nap schedule. Port Stanley and the surrounding Lake Erie coast is a beautiful trip down from Toronto, and we’re extremely grateful to Grant and Jane for letting us celebrate a memorable mother’s day weekend! A+++ and Highly recommended!!

This is the favorite AirBnB we've stayed at, extremely comfortable, thoughtfully and carefully organized, and very clean. That's why we've returned for a second time this year!

Patricia's place was super clean and was very responsive to me when I had questions, since I've never stayed at an Airbnb before. Was very homey and such a great location, I'll definitely have to come back again!

From the moment I messaged Louise she was very open,honest and kind. Super easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. Answering anything I asked. The home is gorgeous. I cant even begin to tell you how beautiful it really is. Every minor detail, decor piece and little detail is so well put together, homey and thoughtful. The house has a welcoming feeling about it to the point where youre so calm and at peace. That doesnt come easy. The rooms are spacious, and lots of storage if you need it. Bedding and beds are wonderful. The bathroom is also super amazing with a double sink for getting ready. The yard is stunning and well maintained, you can tell she takes great pride in every aspect of their home. It was a dream to stay here and I can not recommend it enough!! If you have the chance, please go stay here.

This is a basement apartment Airbnb, which I usually try to avoid, as we have experienced a basement Airbnb where we could hear every word the owners above us were saying. But this basement Airbnb we could not hear anything above us, so it was private. There is a soaking tub/shower with a rain shower shower head. The tub/shower, being a soaking tub, is high to get in and out of. But it has excellent water pressure. The bathroom is not right next to the bedrooms. We always bring our own nightlights in case this is the case. So, with the tall tub and bathroom not near the main bedroom, I am not sure I would recommend it for older people such as ourselves, but for a younger person, it would be perfect.

Had a great stay here! It’s very clean, modern and has everything you need. Olivia was great at responding to my questions and providing some local recommendations. Cant forget the amazing view of the St. Clair river as soon as you walk out your door. Highly recommend!

If I could leave an infinite amount of stars I would. My boyfriend and I had an incredible stay and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Wendy is a fast, reliable, and great communicator. We were welcomed with a homemade charcuterie board, wine, and it was so appreciated after a long drive. Her and her husband are some of the most down to earth and genuine people I’ve met, and we are grateful for their kindness and hospitality. They are super knowledgeable about the area and had plenty of recommendations and suggestions so we could make the most out of our trip. The neighbourhood is safe and was easy to locate. The space was clean, easy to navigate and everything we could have needed was provided. We felt at home and never wanted to leave. Signing the guestbook on the way out was a sweet end to an amazing weekend - definitely hope to be back soon! Our first time in Bayfield was a treat and we will remember this weekend forever ❤️ Thank you Wendy and Rocco x

Crew's Nest#5 was exactly what the doctor ordered for a quiet couples get away. The cottage was very clean and very well equipped. Boat was easy to get into the slip and was tucked in off the main lake and waves could not reach it. Jim was great and even went above and beyond by parking our truck/trailer while we were getting the boat and cottage set up. We will definitely go back.

We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 children. It was a beautiful location and the cottage was exactly as we expected from the photos. There was a park right behind the cottage which was very convenient for the kids and They enjoyed the games and toys throughout the cottage. It was a beautiful location and we walked down to the water to explore the rocky coastline and also spent a day at Christopher beach nearby. We had a very relaxing and peaceful holiday and we would recommend Shelly's place.

Great place. Very clean, comfortable beds, fabulous location. We went on some lovely walks in the neighbourhood and on the beach. Grand Bend is a four minute drive away and we had an exceptional dinner at The Tipsy Pelican.

Beautiful place and a wonderful stay. An issue outside of the host's control came up but they were proactive, kind, and helpful in addressing it.

Jessica was amazing! She really helped put my mom while staying last minute in Lexington and worked things around last minute. The place is really nice and cozy! Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

I would say the listing undersells how awesome this place is - The virtually private beach, beautiful sunrise view and complete privacy is unparalleled for the price. The cottage is perfect for a couple on a getaway. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and would absolutely come back. If you go, flip through the history book in the cottage! Thank you! Kyle and Jess
