The living area of approc. 80 sqm are divided into a large dining area/saloon with open kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and two terraces, one facing the sea, the other one facing the mountains and the village. The light living area is furnished with a sofa, table and chairs, satelite TV (Astra, mainly German channels), hifi-system with iPod-plug and DVD. The bedroom has a large bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe and access to the front terrace. The pool is shared with a second apartment of the house.

The Apartment is part of the Borne Suites building on the Paseo del Borne, located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca and next to the most exclusive shops and restaurants in the city. This beautiful apartment on the first line of the sea has 3 double rooms, one of them with bathroom en suite. The other bathroom is located just down the hall. The kitchen (fully equipped) is open in the living room with views of the sea and promenade. Balcony / terrace and laundry area. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and in all rooms (hot and cold). . The only downside is that there are noisy bars nearby at night, especially in the summer.
