At ENJOYTHESEAINCOLONIA, we are a private owner with some apartments in the same building overlooking the sea, with huge terraces and stunning views. Feel free to ask us about the others. Our WHITE apartment consists of three double rooms, living room and kitchen, all of them sea views, plus two bathrooms and laundry. Furnished comfortably and pleasantly taking care of the small details and always thinking of improving to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Best of all is the huge terrace where everyone is very impressed with its breath-taking views and the new chill-out sofas there, although the views from the living room are also unforgettable. Located next to the sea, in the pleasant Colonia de St Jordi harbour, 100 m. from the beach "Es Port" and five minutes walking from "Es Dolç" beach. And near the famous “Es Trenc” beach by car or bus. It's ideal for a family with children even grandparents, or several friends, as it has beds for six people, one of them King size. Enjoy the sea, the sun, the beach, relax, stroll along the sea, take pleasure with the best company in our chill-out terrace, a glass of wine at sunset, watch the full moon reflected on the sea ... Do you want to come and enjoy it? At ENJOYTHESEAINCOLONIA your welfare and safety is our biggest priority. Every year we try to improve to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This year, due to the current circumstances, we have adapted the sanitary protocols to the new regulation, and a bit more, to make you feel as save as possible: 1.- We have reinforced cleaning and disinfection protocols using specific professional products. 2.- You will find hydroalcoholic solution dispensers right at the apartment entrance, and also flip flops of different sizes so that you can change your shoes when entering, thus reducing the risk of contamination of the apartment. 3.- Towels and bedding are disinfected by professionals following the strictest regulations. 4.- We have placed automatic, non-contact, body gel dispensers in both sinks and showers, also helping to reduce plastics. 5.- We have installed individual toilet paper dispensers, achieving greater hygiene and avoiding product contamination. 6.- We continue to use safes for private access to the apartments. 7.- We have incorporated an online self-check-in avoiding unnecessary contacts. El apartamento está ubicado en la planta baja y uno de los dormitorios tiene acceso directo al patio o jardín, que es de acceso compartido con el resto de huéspedes. La unidad interior es de acceso exclusivo para ti, mientras que el patio y jardín son de uso compartido con huéspedes de los otros apartamentos de Ca'n Puig de Sòller. Cada habitación tiene su propio cuarto de baño y la sala de estar cuenta con un cómodo sofá, comedor y una cocina. El lugar ideal para una estancia con amigos o en familia. Podrás disfrutar de las vistas a nuestro jardín o a las montañas, mientras lees un libro o simplemente te relajas. Puede comunicarse con nosotros a través de Airbnb en todo momento. Este alojamiento es solo para adultos. No está permitido almacenar bicicletas en el interior del apartamento ni en las zonas comunes del edificio. La limpieza de la cocina y de los utensilios utilizados durante la estancia es responsabilidad del huésped.

Lavendel Apartments está situado a 300 metros de la playa del Puerto, en Colonia Sant Jordi. Todos los apartamentos tienen balcón con vistas al jardín. Disponen de TV vía satélite, caja fuerte y zona de cocina. El servicio de limpieza se ofrece cada tres días y está integrado en el precio, de modo que tendrás el apartamento siempre organizado. Y cambio de toallas y sábanas periódicamente durante la estancia. Cuentan con un espacio gratuito y bien equipado para las bicicletas de sus clientes.

Nuestro apartamento es de nueva construcción. Está muy bien situado: a 100 mts de la playa. En la primera planta está la cocina, sala, comedor, terraza, dos habitaciones y dos baños. En la planta superior hay una habitación con baño y una terraza. La casa está equipada con lo necesario para el cuidado y entretenimiento de los niños: cuna, juguetes. También cuenta con todos los elementos necesarios para cocinar, además de cafetera y calentador de agua. Tiene aire acondicionado y wifi.
