Within walking distance to Main Street and the beach, can leave from the apartment to access atv/snowmobile trails and to get to Louis Hills. All major appliances (including washer and dryer!), basic cooking utensils, spices, cleaning supplies, bedding, towels and essentials provided. This is a basement apartment and the hosts live upstairs. Ceilings are low.

Had a wonderful stay at this air bnb. The place is very clean, bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped and the view was lovely! Paul and Wanda are responsive and helpful - quick to reply to questions and very accommodating! Highly recommend staying with them!

Stayed here early January, and this place will be my go-to for business or pleasure in the area, regardless of what season it is! Great hosts' made me feel like I was coming home. I came in late off the ferry and was offered fresh hot food and home-baked sweets! GPS tried to take me on quite the detour, but thankfully Ray reached out to ensure I knew where to go! I had a fantastic stay, and look forward to returning!

Thank you Carrie Ann for providing us with treats (very much appreciated and we ate them all!), thank you for providing bottles of water in the fridge, the home was personalized, made cozy and welcoming. The temperature controls in each room were appreciated (instruction manual would have been helpful as one of us weren't sure how to use it). You answered every email we sent, having a key code on the front door made life easy for us, lovely scent free home, the variety of toiletries in the bathroom was a bonus, and the clean white towels were beautiful. Air conditioning was great (one day the weather was sunny 27 degrees in early June!). Only suggestion would be to provide 2 face cloths per person. When we come back to NL, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!

Nanny Ellen’s is the ideal place for a family to stay in Stephenville. It’s within walking distance to everything. The house is big and spacious, the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is big and has every appliance needed. There were plenty of games, movies and books. The decor was tasteful and warm. The pool was awesome and was the cherry on top for the kids. Highly recommend this place!! We’ll be back.
