Welcome to our cabin, located in a quiet area by a lake. The cabin overlooks the lake, and one can experience the northern lights and midnight sun from the living room window. The area has varied opportunities for hiking, outdoor activities and experiences all year long. Please feel free to ask us for tips :) PLEASE NOTE! The bunk bed is partially open and is not suitable for small children. Small children can use the bedroom, sofa-bed in the living room, or a removable floor mattress. The cabin has a hot water tank of 120 liters, there is hot water for 3 - 4 people.

Kokelv is a cozy little village in Hammerfest Municipality with 100 inhabitants. The distance from Kokelv to Hammerfest is 100 kilometers, to Alta 130 kilometers, to Lakselv 87 kilometers, to Nordkapp 140 kilometers, and to Havøysund 67 kilometers. The grocery store in Kokelv is open until 11 pm every day. There are fuel pumps at the store. The place is suitable for nature experiences, hunting,fishing in the sea and water, northern lights in the winter, midnight sun in the summer, quiet surroundings. The cabin is centrally located in a larger hunting area. If you want to stay at the cabin, the outdoor area has a large and newly built barbecue room, several terraces and nice views that extend over the entire cabin area and valley. We have a completely renovated holiday home located 10 meters from the water's edge for rent. There is a road to the door, no visible neighbors. The property has running water and fiber internet and is in the immediate vicinity of the slopes. This is a unique and quiet place to spend a few days away from the daily hustle and bustle.

The place is located by itself, shielded from civilization, but still only approx. 3 km to the center of Lakselv and only 150 meters to the main road. The nearest neighbor is a chicken farm with 14 hens, and you may be lucky enough to get eggs from them. On the property there is also a large dog farm where the owner has 10 Huskies (Greenland dogs). It is a walking distance to Brennelva, where you can buy a fishing license and fish for salmon.

We rent out an apartment in our house in the countryside. The family itself also lives in the house, in a separate apartment with its own entrance. The place is close to the airport, city center, river, salmon fishing, nature park. You will have an entire apartment all to yourself. The nature around is absolutely unique! The place is good for couples, business trips, families with children, big groups, and furry friends.
