Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. The Estate – Pontvallain

Large and peaceful family home 30 km from Le Mans. It has large rooms, including a living room with a piano, and a very large enclosed garden (6000 m2) with a swing and a playhouse. 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The village has basic shops, and supermarkets are 10 min. by car. Close to Pontvallain, you can hike in the forest of Bercé, enjoy the body of water of Mansigné, canoe on the Loir, visit the Château du Lude, or practice equestrian sports.

In the left part of our farmhouse in the countryside on large wooded grounds, accommodation comprising a living room, a kitchen with table on the ground floor for 5. A double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs : a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom. Ideal for a quiet romantic stay in the countryside. Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Ideal for fishermen. Located 1 km from the center, two electric bikes are available. Perfect for two people, two others can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which is comfortable. A boat with electric motor, two kayaks and a paddleboard are also available.
