Characterful house in the heart of a 45-hectare park

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Our philosophy: furnishing a house as if it was meant for our friends, our extended family

Stone house that stays cool day and night. The cottage is located in the Jasnières vineyard with a magnificent view of the Loir valley. From the cottage, you can visit beautiful riverside villages via the Voie Verte. We are farmer-bakers, and the farm is located 3 minutes from the cottage, so you can come and pick up your bread.

Between the Loire with its castles and the Loir with its many tourist sites, Thierry and Jean welcome you to a gîte classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, independent and tastefully renovated, with a living area of 92 m2 on 2 levels, 5 beds, with terraces. It is in the extension of the main house, a historic 18th century residence. The 9000 m2 wooded park is available to visitors. Very quiet neighborhood at the entrance to the village next to a 15th century chapel.

Welcome to the farm! We welcome you to the spacious, comfortably equipped, fully renovated house, in the heart of the Loir Valley, in a quiet area. You will find many activities nearby (sports, relaxation, nature, hiking, etc.) La Flèche Zoo 20 minutes away, 25 minutes from the 24H circuit, 25 minutes from the 24H and Baugé golf courses, Château du Lude, Le Loir by bike, Lake Mansigné. Whether you come with your tribe, or with friends, you will feel right at home!

A break in a peaceful space. Located in the South Sarthe, at the foot of the Bercé forest, close to the Zoo de la Flèche (35 min) and the Circuit des 24h (25 min), we welcome you to an unusual accommodation (2 low doors) with an independent entrance. Ideal for unwinding, on the edge of the forest, in tranquility. Private terrace with barbecue A baby cot is available upon request. Hot drinks for breakfast. No stove, microwave and fridge available. Ample parking

The Estate – Pontvallain

Large and peaceful family home 30 km from Le Mans. It has large rooms, including a living room with a piano, and a very large enclosed garden (6000 m2) with a swing and a playhouse. 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The village has basic shops, and supermarkets are 10 min. by car. Close to Pontvallain, you can hike in the forest of Bercé, enjoy the body of water of Mansigné, canoe on the Loir, visit the Château du Lude, or practice equestrian sports.

In the left part of our farmhouse in the countryside on large wooded grounds, accommodation comprising a living room, a kitchen with table on the ground floor for 5. A double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs : a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom. Ideal for a quiet romantic stay in the countryside.
