You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Great place. Close to both Paris and Disneyland.

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

A home that met our expectations. Siham was responsive and available when we needed information to prepare for our stay and when we arrived. Great!

Charming stone house, very nice with its terrace, foosball, some games for children, the pool and right next to a large garden with goats, Lol (the very playful dog) and a trampoline. Perfect for our family and our 4 boys. The house is well-equipped and the bedding comfortable. The hosts are nice and welcoming. In the surrounding area, some very nice museums and the Etampes recreation area which is ideal for families. Recommended if you want to get out of Paris without too much traffic.

The place is lovely and exactly as described! Ideal for slightly larger groups as there is plenty of space. Beds are also very comfortable and large! The decor is unique, very, very chic! We felt very comfortable and thank you for the lovely stay at Pascal's. We'd be happy to come back to your place when we're back in France :)

A simply magical weekend! The kids were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my spouse's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for all ages! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Very well located accommodation outside Paris. The RER train station can be reached in 15 minutes and you are in the heart of the city after a 20-minute drive. Communication with the host is quick and straightforward, the accommodation (especially the kitchen) is very well equipped and the bathroom is modern. For Paris stays where you want to leave the car behind without having to look for expensive guarded places, the accommodation is perfect.

We received a great welcome from Audrey. Very accommodating and available, you will feel comfortable from the first exchanges. The place, the accommodation and its amenities are conducive to relaxation and gatherings. You may not be disappointed!

A clean, well equipped and soothing cocoon Really great stay in this home located in a quiet and relaxing area, perfect for blowing while staying close to Paris. We felt right at home thanks to impeccable cleanliness and ultra complete equipment: towels, bath products, dishes, functional kitchen, washing machine, and even a piano for mop artists — the detail that makes all the difference. The accommodation is well thought out, well maintained, and ideal for a few days. Only small downside: parking can be a bit of a hassle if you have a large vehicle (as was the case for us), so it's better to anticipate or come in a smaller model if possible. Otherwise, nothing to repeat. Responsive host, serene atmosphere, and a real sense of comfort. A place that I'd recommend without a second thought, and where I'd be happy to come back.

We were welcomed in this beautiful home, refurbished and with a magnificent view! Pierre and his wife were responsive and flexible with our expectations and requests. I would absolutely recommend it!

great house and kids enjoyed garden and treasure hunt. bbq area was also good , shared garden but no problems. only thing to watch is the train line was suspended in the evening (might be temporary engineering works) so we had to get Uber back .

Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

There are usually two types of places on Airbnb, there houses for rent and there are homes. This is second type, it's somebody's home owner let you to stay. Place has a lot of stuff, garage full of instruments and tools for creative people, kitchen is probably the most equiped I ever saw anywhere, I had to learn how to use thermomix for ex. Cookware is expensive and in full supply. If you can't cook anything on that kitchen, you have no business cooking at all. Oh and every single item in house has QR code with short video of how to use it! Trampoline is also awesome, kids were spending hours there! Location is great, you have a lot of shops nearby, in walking distances, as well as tons of restaurants. Great place, highly recommend! We've been in 60+ places in recent 2 years and that's probably first 5 stars we giving.

We were delighted with our stay at Armandine's with 3 toddlers and a baby. The house is very nice and stays cool when it's hot outside, very well equipped especially for families, and was spotless when we arrived. Communication with Armandine was very smooth. The place is very quiet and protected while we are in the city center so close to shops and the RER station, so very convenient.

Nothing to say it was perfect, the accommodation is too cute and quiet place 🥰

Steve is a very welcoming, friendly and responsive host (he responds quickly by message to any questions). The house is very clean, well-decorated and well-equipped. It's as described. The residential neighborhood is very quiet and the environment is green. It's very easy to park there. I really recommend this place, which is close to Paris!

Great weekend, Loan welcomed us very well, the accommodation is exactly as indicated, they are always available! Everything is clean, functional and it's very cozy. We'll be happy to go back.
