House is located 5 minutes away from the center of Florianópolis, with a unique view of the north bay and the bridges that divide the mainland island. Quiet family spot for those who need to rest. Easy access with exits to all the sites of the island of Florianopolis. Entire home with 1 garage space 2 bedrooms being a double with a double bed and 1 single with a single bed plus an auxiliary bed. Shared courtyard, we have a fish lake and the morning visit of many birds.

Beach Front Quiet and well-located place in the central region, close to the Downtown, Public Market and Events Center (1.6 km), Beira-mar (5 km) and beaches (10 to 35 km). We don't have beaches in downtown Florianópolis! Family home. The guest house overlooks the sea and has independent access, with an outdoor area with a barbecue and exit to the sea, with 2 kayaks and vests for touring. Do you enjoy fishing? Bring your gear and enjoy. No private parking space!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are 7 minutes from the center of Floripa, less than 3 km away, with easy access to the entire island, whether by car or public transportation, with a bus stop in front. It has a beautiful view. The nearest beaches are: Campeche and Lagoa da Conceição, 17 km away. The house is at the beginning of Queimada hill. WE DO NOT HAVE AIR-CONDITIONING, only fans.

Excellent place to stay, everything clean and organized. Fully equipped and easy to find. Not to mention the beautiful view from the window. I'll be back more often.

The apartment is even better than in the photos, extremely beautiful, very cozy. Mauro treated us in an extremely polite and helpful manner. We will definitely be back!

Very nice stay here. Great views from the apartment and pool area. Also very nice inside and up to date. Bed was a little bit uncomfortable, but would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is complete and functional. Super clean. Located in the center, right in front of the Hercilio Luz bridge, very well located. The shower is delightful, with plenty of water and very hot water. There is a gym in the building and a small market. Julia is very attentive, a sweetheart. It was great, we'll be back next time
