I had an amazing experience in this flat! The location is excellent, close to everything and super practical for everyday life. The apartment was impeccably clean, as were the common areas of the condominium, everything very well taken care of. Marly was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay, which made all the difference. I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back at the next opportunity!

I have nothing to complain about, everything was excellent. What I needed, I asked for and it was promptly resolved. The co-host was very flexible with check-in, understood my situation and left the key available at dawn, as my flight arrived very early. The apartment is great: very comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms and the kitchen is super-equipped, with everything I needed. I recommend it!

Amanda's communication was perfect from first contact( attentive all the time ) the wonderful place, close to everything ( bakeries , pharmacies , supermarkets,gallery etc .). Super peaceful and family-friendly. The 5-star accommodation ( better than the photos ) is quite detailed and the apartment impeccable. Felipe is a good host, very concerned about his customers, he was always ready to respond and help. The only reservation is about the bed linen cleaning company, despite the maid being very kind, the bed linen was stained and the polyester towel does not dry anything. Everything was changed at Felipe's request, which pleased me. The only bad thing is the position of the toilet. At 1.82m tall, I couldn't use the toilet in the correct position, I always had to use it sideways.

The house is simply amazing !! The location is great, the street is very quiet and has easy access to the beach, a 2-minute walk. Extremely clean and organized residence, and Zélia is a great host, she was super attentive at all times.

Mr. Giovani and his wife Clara are exceptional hosts. Extremely polite and kind. We felt at home. The property met our expectations... we wanted a spacious and cozy place to gather our family and the accommodation delivered what we needed. Highlight for the outdoor area, all covered, ventilated, with swimming pool, barbecue and several tables. No reservations!

I spent 30 days in the apartment, it was a quiet stay, the condominium is exactly as pictured, it has a swimming pool and everything. Close to markets and pharmacies. The host was always helpful and even gave directions for tours. The apartment is complete.

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is secure, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We felt welcomed and at home. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was wonderful, uneventful. The place is properly equipped and very clean, all new and well organized. Elaine is a very kind host, responds with agility and has welcomed us very well. The only consideration I have to make, which in passing is not a complaint, is to put at least one more mirror in the house, we were in six (three women) and there were only mirrors in the bathrooms (two), it worked super right because we took one of the mirrors to the room and we shared, however, it would have been more pleasant if there were at least another one. Anyway, we really enjoyed our stay, the building is new and super clean, well located and for sure I would indicate as well, we would stay there again.
