Vacation rentals with beach access in Pong

was a great unit and the main bed was very comfortable not the usual rock hard beds u get in air b and be. the views were absolutely amazing. I have travelled alot and would be probly the best place I have stayed

Not having visited Pattaya before, I was unaware of just how centrally located this accommodation was. I HIGHLY recommend to anybody without children.

I hope there's water in my pool next time.

The space was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were very responsive and kind, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Conveniently located, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The guards are also very friendly and helped me check in. The decoration in the house is simple and beautiful, the house is well maintained and clean. There is no problem with the use of anything in the house. I'd like to stay again next time.

Lovely condo in Pattaya. Really clean, modern building and apartment right in the middle of the hustle and bustle and very near the beach. Rooftop pool and gym were great. Host was super responsive and wonderful!

House location is perfect for family. Save with good security guard, private, quite yet near to amenities and the beach. The pool is clean and very chill to hang outside beside the pool. I would definitely stay again.

Very good Villa and good services

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a small pool with a slide, barbecue, dishes, billiards, karaoke, for our group of 10 people, it was spacious, everyone found things to do, several areas for photos, clean linen, towels, everything is very cozy, easy to check in, just as easily checked out. The property is more suitable for private parties or if you are driving, it is located in a villa where there are several typical villas. Everything is very comfortable, we really liked it. Thank you for your hospitality!

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Great place to stay..it was easy to check in and check out. The place was neat and tidy all kinds of gadgets were there... Dr. Supot was very helpful and suggested the best. Pool to gym everything was as shown in the picture was the same and amazing...I would love to visit the same property again soon...

This is a great home-like feel room/condo in the heart of Pattaya. The location is fantastic; it is right in the center of Pattaya and close to everything. Although a central location,it is very quiet, so it is possible to get a good night's sleep or do some work. The condo is exactly the same as in the images, so there are no surprises. The infinity pool is beautiful with views of the city, there are saunas that one can enjoy. Kay is very responsive and always ready to assist. For me, Kays ' listings are the go-to when I am in Pattaya.

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.

Very satisfied with stay. Host instructions are easy. Room was comfy. Clean bathroom. Towels are somewhat worn, but clean. Roof pool and views are amazing. Place is in the heart of action, meaning near Pattaya Central, everything is close-by. I'll come back here again.
