Jardin Acoustique is designed for long outdoor days and warm, unhurried evenings under open skies. Historic stone walls surround floodlit gardens, a private, peaceful setting. Two covered dining terraces — an 80m² sail-shaded Grand Terrace, and classic terracotta tiled lunch terrace. A 10 × 5 m Roman-end pool sits at the heart of the gardens. Le Petit Comte is situated in the beautiful Dordogne, a 15 mins drive (11 km) from Bergerac Airport and approx 1 hour drive from Bordeaux. The beautiful, historic old city of Bergerac is 10 mins by car with its many shops bars and restaurants all on the Dordogne river. The house sits opposite an organic Chateau, perfect for wine tasting, and next to a horse riding centre. The house is a 3 min drive (20 min walk) from the village of Ginestet with a wonderful Bakery and bar/pizzeria.
