Although conveniently located just off the B7, it is quiet and secluded. With a private entrance, the one large room (26 sq m, NO KITCHEN) contains a king-sized bed, sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed) and plenty of drawer space. The large, luxurious, en-suite bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower, as well as a separate walk-in shower.

A spacious bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed featuring floral bedding. A bedside lamp and a decorative mirror add to the ambiance. Storage is provided by a wardrobe and a wooden nightstand, allowing for an organized living space.
