Great apartment! Well equipped, very clean and modern. Very friendly host who assist us also in local requests. Great value for the price!

The property in Elysia Park is great for exploring Paphos and the surrounding streets. You can walk to the promenade in about 15 minutes. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is also very quiet there and the complex is very nice.

Super clear communication about how to check-in and very responsive host! The place was clean and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches throughout. It was so nice to have a peaceful little haven tucked away from the lively boardwalk and restaurants.

Elena's apartment is perfect for a couple! The view is wonderful and in the evening you can hear the waves of the sea from the bedroom! Coral Bay is very close on foot and Coralia Beach is a little further away but still within walking distance. Elena is a super kind person and available for advice, help, etc. Very clean apartment, nice terrace for aperitifs or dinners!

If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to relax, this studio is the perfect choice! It has a luxurious feel, is impeccably clean, and offers great comfort. The bed is super cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the balcony provides the perfect atmosphere for unwinding. The location is fantastic—just a few meters from the sea and close to excellent restaurants. I was on a solo female trip at Paphos, and I felt completely safe in the neighborhood, finding the absolute peace I was looking for—exactly what I needed! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it, whether you’re a solo traveler or looking for a romantic getaway for two.

Great place, very spacious and modern Well-equipped, well-maintained We are well received with small welcome gifts. The only downside is the toilet or can't throw away toilet paper... but unfortunately it's not their faults and the SPA of the residence which was not necessarily very clean. Other than that, I recommend it to 100%.

Amazing atmosphere with a private feeling. If you want to visit other beauties of Paphos area (Akamas, Poli,etc) this is a perfect central location. Sunsets were beautiful and the host was very helpful and always around. We had the chance to use BBQ by the pool and that was a very easy and chill evening, everyone in the neighbourhood was respectful and clean. I’d like to come back again with my loved ones 🙏🏻

The apartment and the stay exceeded our expectations! Initially, the location is very convenient, as it is very close to Poli Chrysochous and the beaches. Great location for marina, old town and beach clubs. We had a car which made travelling to nice beaches easier. I have never been in an apartment that is so spotless. Every detail, tiling, showers, furniture. Limassol is lovely as a working town with a good atmosphere.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view is a dream and the secluded location was exactly what we were looking for. We were allowed to harvest lemons from the tree - delicious! The sofa is a bit worn out and the light in the bathroom is quite dark. And it didn't bother us, we had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay at Joanna's apartment! It's a quiet and calm place, perfect for a peaceful retreat. The apartment itself is spacious and convenient, making it a comfortable home away from home. The host, was not only accommodating but also incredibly helpful, ensuring a delightful experience. I highly recommend this place!

We spend 5 days in Sergei’s and Markus’s apartment. It was more than lovely. Even they have a nicely printed book of intorduction, instructions and program guides included in it. The terrace is even better in live. The kitchen is perfect, we could cook and using the washing machine. Also plus point should given because every AC/DC has stickers what related to it, so turn on-off - you can’t miss (also the washing machine has english stickers so cou can pick your washing program perfectly). The bedroom is cosy, we slept well there. There are two air conditioner (Gree) so it’s moders and has humidity mode. By walk you reach 3 shops, many restaurants and the Coral-bay beach is in 5 min walk! Bus line 615 can take you to Paphos in approximately 15-25 min ( depends on how many passengers travelling to different locations and 615 goes to Tombs of Kings station, from there take 611 to reach the harbour - 4 more stops). We stayed in the apartments and were very pleased! The location is perfect – just a few steps from the sea, and close to restaurants, shops, and places of interest. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped – we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony with a sea view was wonderful. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant. We definitely recommend it and would gladly come back again! Best of luck Nicolas!!!

Great host so helpful and gave clear check-in information. Great location, love the use of the pools especially the roof top one! Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable, I slept soundly every night and will definitely like to stay again :)

Great location, very caring host. The appartment isn't brand new, but very good value for money. Well equiped and has a homy feeling. Like AirBnb used to be Kids loved the pool. The pictures of the view are certainly apt. It is situated close to the harbour, in between two beaches. Some very beautiful bays for snorkling that can easily be reached by bus (10 munutes, direction aphrodite or by one if the many boat excursions). Same for hiking routes We did not hire a car and it is certainly doable without. There is is medium sized supermarket nearby and a bus station. Ask Yiannos for a taxi company in case you need

Stayed here for a night and everything was exactly as promised. Wifi was very fast. Instructions were very clear. There was ample free street parking everywhere so if you don't like parking in small spaces, you don't even need the assigned spot, but it has one if you prefer that. Would stay here again and wish I stayed longer.

We had a lovely time here! We can't drive so we used the local taxi company to take a couple of day trips to the beach which cost €10 each way, and on all the other days we were completely happy relaxing at the Airbnb on the terrace or in the pool, or walking down to the village. A perfect relaxing week.

Beautiful studio apartment. Brand new and superbly located, especially for a lovely 10 to 15 minute walk to Kato Paphos, which means Lower Paphos, and is the harbour area. Couple of excellent shops very close by, for buying provisions for our stay. The service from Estea was first rate, when we did have a minor problem with the lock box. Marios taxis are highly recommended by my wife and I, and Marios is married to the agent for Estea. All in all, a wonderful visit. We will be back. Steve and Barbara McGuigan May 2025.

Our stay at Marianna’s penthouse apartment was excellent. She was an amazing host, quick to respond and very helpful. Breakfast was made in the mornings at 9am which was outstanding. She catered for my partner and I who are vegetarians. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything that we possibly needed. I would highly recommend this apartment. Taxis do need to be booked a little ahead of time if you’re heading out but it’s like this throughout Paphos. p.s private roof pool is as good as the photos

Nice appartment . Host family very kind: Brought us homemade cake, cookies and also a breakfast plate on our last day. On the opposite site is a small restaurant which offers cypress breakfast. Always went there for breakfast.

Pleasant and relaxing stay. Quiet and easy walking distance to beach. Clean and tidy with all facilities as described. Would recommend
