Charming and newly furnished apartment in a beautifully restored old Empire house by the sea in idyllic Kolbjørnsvik. The apartment consists of a hallway, tiled bathroom with shower and heating cables, large kitchen/living room with fireplace, baking oven and wood-burning stove, laundry/storage room with freezer, two bedrooms and TV living room. Double bed in one bedroom. Single bed that pulls out to double in the other. 1 parking space, own access and warm private backyard is included. 3 min to ferry and bus. Nice swimming areas and nearby hiking areas.

Cozy apartment with a sea view

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Cozy apartment in the city center by the sea and 2 parking spaces

Very nice and spacious apartment in the middle of the city center with lovely sea views from large windows and private terrace. The terrace is with a superstructure to choose sun or shade. It is a safe and quiet area with adult residents around. The apartment is very central and is just above the Altisenteret which has 70 shops, wine monopoly, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants, just an elevator ride away. Short walk along the sea you will find Arendal guest harbor, which has a beach area, saltwater pool, sauna and restaurant.

The space is suitable for two people, with the possibility of two extra sleeping places on the sofa bed in the living room (1.40). The city's park with a bathing jetty, volley ball, and skateboard court is nearby. Bakery, seafood and grocery store are nearby. There is about 8 minutes walk along the jetty to many enticing outdoor restaurants in the center of Arendal.

Leiligheten ligger i andre etasje i et gammelt, renovert sørlandshus med sjøutsikt og tilgang til hage og brygge. Fra Kolbjørnsvik går det ferge til sentrum flere ganger i timen frem til kl 24 alle dager unntatt søndager og helligdager. Nabolaget svært idyllisk og nærområdene byr på mange flotte turopplevelser. Badestrender finnes innenfor 3km avstand. Bading kan også foregå fra egen brygge i hagen. Det er parkering for en bil på plassen utenfor huset. 15 fots jolle med 25 hk motor kan leies .

the apartment dazzling SeaView

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sofa bed in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen. the apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc! the walls are sound isolated, but if you open the window, you will hear the traffic from the road. If you need anything extra, just contact us.

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.

An outdoor seating area features a wooden table surrounded by four folding chairs. The table displays a vibrant surface pattern. Nearby, flower-filled planters add color to the setting. Natural grass covers the ground, complementing the white building in the background.

Although short, a very nice and cozy stay. The house looks clean and nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable, and the room had great light-blocking curtains. Ann-Kristin was very friendly and responsive, and gave clear instructions. Worth the stay if you're in the area!

We had a great time in this cozy apartment. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, with a great patio and the kids were ecstatic over both rabbits and ducks in the garden. Trampoline and not least that the nice kids in the house would play. Nothing to delay, we are more than happy to rent again.

An inviting entrance features a white front door, flanked by two windows. A small outdoor seating area is visible, consisting of two comfortable chairs and a round table. The pathway is lined with gravel, and greenery can be seen in the background.

Glory, what a place! Katrine's apartment was even nicer in real life, and it really had all the amenities we needed. Well-equipped, clean and perfect location, and was great for us as a family who wanted to experience both Arendal and Dyreparken. Travel bed and dining chair were ready for the youngest upon arrival! Katrine was great to communicate with and helpful with what we were wondering about! We definitely want to go back😍
