Private Cheerful Guesthouse - Room to Relax!

Our guesthouse is an ADU (accessory dwelling unit)—that is, a private, separate structure on our property with one bedroom (Q-size bed), full bathroom, full kitchen, and living/dining area. The small sofa opens to a double bed and the ottoman opens to a cot-sized bed; however, neither is comfortable for adults ;-/ There’s a small porch for sipping lemonade and plenty of parking. There’s a 50” Roku TV, WiFi, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The Carriage House Loft: Unique/Moody/specious

This isn't just a place to stay it is an experience. This stay is unique in all seasons. Enjoy the garden. Walk down to the river & stop by the cutest flower shop (bring cash) Take a bike ride across the river on The Buena Vista Ferry, bird watch, visit vineyards. relax fire pit side, float the Willamette river, Play cornhole, tetherball, cards, or sit and listen to music. Make s’mores or popcorn or noodles. walk up to the cemetery. Meet the neighbors cats; they usually make a debut

Town n Country

Modern farm cottage located on our 2 acre lifestyle block for you to relax and enjoy our farm scenery. On the property we have chickens, rooster and ducks that roam freely. We want you to enjoy your stay and we welcome you here at the cottage. Cottage sleeps 4 guest max. If you need anything or there is a problem we are close by in the main house on the property. We take great pride in our cottage. Everything laundered and cleaned after each guest.

Private guest suite, private entrance

No checkout chores and pets stay free :) A beautifully unique cedar craft home on small acreage on the edge of town, this ground floor guest suite has all the amenities of my favorite hotels, like Hyatt, Westin and Marriott. This rustic-modern space has a kitchenette, fridge, freezer, filtered water, microwave, hot plate, toaster and several coffee makers. Deer are daily visitors, along with a variety of wild birds and many other friendly critters.

Charming Single-Level House in West Salem's Edgewater District is close to Coffee, Restaurants, Brews, Groceries, and more! Long driveway and single-car garage can comfortably park 3 vehicles (1 in the garage, 2 in tandem on the driveway). Nearby pedestrian paths connect the neighborhood to the Union Street Railroad Bridge, Riverfront Park, Downtown Salem, Minto Brown Island, and Wallace Marine Park. Luxury Farm House Peaceful, animals, Hot Tub

Very clean and Entire house available to guests, second house on property. Feed animals, relax in the hot tub or by the fire. Recharge on the porch and enjoy the view of the fields and seasonal pond. Eat fresh eggs collected by host daily. Stroll down the gravel road and appreciate nearby agriculture. Drive to the coast 1 hour away. Take a wine tasting tour. End the day at the fire pit and make s’mores.

Quiet cabin on 100 acres

Your own cabin set on acreage of cherry orchards and forests. Peaceful for relaxing, to rejuvenate, and breath fresh air. 400 sq feet of hospitality. Full kitchen, bath with washer/dryer, front room with queen futon, loft with a king bed, front porch for early morning coffee or late evening conversations. The cabin is an open concept and does NOT have a private room.

Zenith Vineyard North Bungalow

Come enjoy the Zenith Bungalow on our 133 acre Zenith Vineyard estate. Beautifully appointed with two bedrooms, a fantastic kitchen and a luxurious bath (and a half bath too). You will be nestled in the vines and be able to stroll our vineyard. Note that Zenith Vineyard is a working vineyard so there may be tractors moving nearby.
