The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. I appreciated the attention to detail for the checkin and out process. Stayed at Carl’s place for the 70.3 Ironman. He was very responsive and helped with all of my questions and was extremely generous. Very nice spacious house to fit all of the guest. No issues at all, I would definitely stay there again.

We had such an amazing stay! Super easy to find and in a great location. Close to Jordan Creek Mall and restaurants. Check in was super easy. They do leave the door unlocked prior to your check in. I do wish they had a keypad entry as that was a little strange but understandable. Unit was extremely clean. We have family that live right in this area and plan to stay here again in the future when we visit. Unit itself is roomy. Two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and a separate half bath in the living room which was amazing! Very homey overall and the host was very quick to respond.

Lovely Airbnb! Extra amenities, very clean, cutely decorated, comfortable functional furniture, deer walked up into the back yard area in the early morning hours, peaceful neighborhood, home is attached but completely private on a dead end street, covered front porch with comfortable wicker cushioned furniture, we loved it and would stay again if returning to the area. There were 4 adults and 1 toddler and we had ample room. Thank you again 😊 for a lovely stay.

Stayed here while visiting my daughter and her husband who live locally. There was plenty of room and everything we needed. Host was very responsive and even shared about some local events happening. The house was clean and the beds comfy.

Linda is an AWESOME host! House is conveniently located making it easy to explore the Des Moines area. We enjoyed catching afternoon sun on the back deck.

Very comfy bed and quality linens. Nicely decorated with modern furniture. As described. Neighborhood was quiet, residential with a sidewalk. Stayed for one night while traveling cross country.

Very friendly host. The apartment has a lot of space, is very clean and easy to live in. When we come back we would love to rent this apartment again. Around the corner several good restaurants and a hyvee to get groceries.

Crystal clear instructions on how to get into the building and once you get in, it’s easier the next time. Had a small hiccup with parking, because of a race that had all the streets around the building closed, but Kyle gave us an alternative suggestion that worked out just fine. Everything was clean and exactly as described and shown. One of the most comfortable bed/pillow combos we’ve had!! Great location and walkable to everything we were in town for.

The condo was amazing. Well furnished and comfortable beds. Lots of room to spread out. The rooftop area was pretty. The only negatives are that there is no front door…the only entrance is a steep garage. I’m not sure I knew that. Also, the k cup part of the coffee station was not working and the garbage disposal isn’t working.

This place is the cats meow!! I the heart of downtown with great views, easily walkable to so many places you’ll want to go!! Clean, bright, well thought out decor, just sets this place apart from so many others!! Tons of activities, hot spots, excellent resultants, easily walkable!! Felt safe and secure!! Felt like home away from home!! We will be back!!

Great location, comfortable stay. Justin was very responsive and overall great host. Would recommend if you need to stay in or around downtown Des Moines.
