Great stay! Wonderful place, the view is just amazing. Pool and house was super clean, did not miss any equipment. Picking fresh oranges and lemons was super bonus. And the best part for us was chickens! Super nice attraction looking for fresh eggs in the mornings for the kid. Thank you for the stay, Vaso!!!🫶

We spent a lovely 3 days - the villa was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed. We all loved the pool and the closeness to coral bay. The hosts were extremely responsive, my children left a gaming device in the villa and they went out of their way to make sure it was returned to us which is much appreciated !

We had a great experience. The villa is very spacious and comfortable, and the scenery is beautiful. George is a very helpful and friendly host! Looking forward to returning one day.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the living area was perfect for a group of 7. Would definitely consider staying here again! lovely home in a idyllic location. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space indoors but the star of the show is the outside area. We spent a lot of our holiday relaxing in the pool or on the deck surrounded by the beautiful views and sounds. Would definitely recommend if you want to get away from it all.

We were very happy to be guests at Emmanouel's and felt very comfortable. A very nicely furnished apartment with style and good amenities. Very comfortable, everything we needed was there. The location is a bit off the beaten track in a quiet location with wonderful views! Having a private pool is fun! Absolutely recommended

Joseph has always informed us well and was also very quick to respond to any issues (we accidentally locked ourselves out). Within 10 minutes someone came by to open the door for us. The location is really beautiful with a short path directly to the beach , which you then also have practically to yourself. Overall, we liked the stay very much and would book the place again! Only the photos of the listing may cause confusion as the booked house looks a little different and it's also not the foremost house with direct sea views as it appears on the listing. We had the sea view, just not as much as in the pictures.

Really great location for absolute peace and quiet. A real treat to be able to swim in the sea every day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was an easy get in using a lockbox directly outside the house and everything was in good shape for our arrival. We didn’t meet our hosts but there was no need. If there were any questions, we used the Air B&B messaging service and received a prompt reply. The house is a five-minute walk to the closest, and we felt nicest, beach in Latchi. We particularly enjoyed the back area of the house which was a perfect for having breakfast, listening to bird song and visits from the local cats. We would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in a less touristy area in Cyprus.

Lovely place, amazing sunset views from the balcony, place to do yoga, beautiful trees around. You will find you inner peace there. Highly recommended. Also it has all things to live.

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and we had everything we needed plus there is a shop downstairs which was very practical. Nikos was a super friendly host who gave us recommendations for what to do in Paphos, he answered my messages within 5 minutes and always tried to help.

This villa is fantastic and we loved Latchi. The place was super clean with everything we needed, towels etc. The host was very responsive so any questions were answered really quick. Bedrooms very comfortable and all the living space is lovely and spacious with working aircon throughout if needed. The outside is stunning with tropical plants everywhere. The pool was cleaned the day after we arrived. Villa within walking distance to a glorious long beach, bars and restaurants. You can’t ask for more! Would love to come back.

The house was just like the photos but there was more… a private path lined by fruiting citrus trees taking you down to the sea. The views are fabulous and the gardener works hard to keep it all absolutely perfect. And for those having to do a little work, fibre optic internet included.

The owners' hospitality has exceeded our expectations!!! Patrick and his partner have been very responsive and helpful to our inquiries. A very warm family has provided an even warmer space that felt like Home. Strongly recommended! We really appreciate your time and effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible!!

We have just spent a wonderfully peaceful week at the lemon grove villa. The villa was in the perfect situation to walk to the sea front, shops and restaurants. The pool was excellent and tended to every day. Maria really looked after us, bring us local pastries and asking if we needed a mid week clean which although we declined, was appreciated. We arrived late and the fridge was stocked with essentials which was a very welcome touch. The villa was perfect for our situation of 2 couples, one couple taking the upstairs room and the other the downstairs room. Kitchen well stocked, nice outside eating area and bbq which we enjoyed. Instructions were given in advance and were very helpful making the whole holiday one of total relaxation. We are already thinking of booking the next holiday!

The most stunning villa, we enjoyed everything here, the views the peace the sunsets. Our host was Caring and kind. We will defiantly be back. Truely magical

We stayed two nights at Yiannis and really enjoyed it! He welcomed us personally with a nice welcome gift and showed us around. The view from the cabin is absolutely breathtaking !

The house and the outside area have been beautifully renovated and decorated with great attention to detail! Everything worked perfectly, everything was very clean and we wanted for nothing. The contact with the lovely Abigail is also uncomplicated, polite and friendly. It is a little paradise which is quiet and undisturbed. We would love to come back as guests! What a lovely place to stay! Cyprus can be very hot in the summer, but the Goat House is very well adapted to the heat. It's an old cottage with thick stone walls and stone floors, and manages to stay quite cool even when it is exceptionally hot outside. The pool area, however, is in a sun-trap - although there is some shade available from the imaginative awning by the cottage. Usually on holiday we travel about quite a lot, but on this break we found ourselves spending more time than usual by the pool as it was so pleasant. Lysos itself is a very nice village in the hills above Polis. It has a Taverna which does good inexpensive traditional food, but it is a short drive to Polis with the beach and with an extensive range of good restaurants. The thing we noticed most about Lysos was how quiet it was in the evening, you could almost hear the silence. The Goat House itself was well-equipped with all that we needed, and Eleni was very easy to communicate with. Warmly recommended

We had a one time experience staying at maria’s place and getting to enjoy the nature and culture in the area. With the sea just being a few minutes away we also had a great way to refresh our selves even with the hot weather. Maria was super supportive during the booking process and also during our stay. She even surprised us with some fresh and tasty food on our arrival. Overall it was a great experience and I can only recommend to stay at his place if you ever think about visiting Latchi or Cyprus in general! If you do so have a great stay!
