From the first moment we felt right at home. The accommodation is comfortable, very clean and very well located. It is very easy to park in the area. The views are unbeatable, on the beautiful beach of Arinaga and avenida de los Pescadores. It is a quiet, familiar area. We'll definitely repeat it.

Great apartment to explore the entire island with a rental car. There is a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. We can particularly recommend the restaurant El Name. Maria and Antonio gave us clear and simple instructions for self-check-in. Apartment is really GREAT. Due to the central location, it was not always very quiet in the morning, but that did not bother us.

Very well received by Renato. Very friendly and attentive man. the app was spacious and clean everything we needed was present. on the tour we asked if there was a vacuum cleaner, there wasn't, but the next morning Renato was there with a new vacuum cleaner. Just not recommended for people with walking difficulties. because of the stairs you have to climb. we could definitely stay there for a longer period.
