Villa vacation rentals in Pointe-Noire

Great stay in a wonderful place. We are under the spell of both Guadeloupe and the villa. It is very quiet, very well located on Basse-Terre. Erwan and Joëlle are very friendly and caring hosts while remaining very discreet. There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children). We recommend Erwan and Joëlle and their beautiful villa.

Michel is very friendly, he was able to listen to our needs. We rented this place for our mother's 60th birthday and everything was perfect. Clean, well-equipped, the accommodation is well thought out. We had a great stay, we will definitely come back.

GREAT!! The communication in advance with Cedric was already very good, he always answered us quickly. We were personally welcomed by him and he showed us everything. The great reception was rounded off by a fruit basket and homemade punch, thank you very much for that! In our eyes, the villa even surpasses the description! The equipment is great, there are endless kitchen utensils, mosquito nets, bath towels for the loungers... everything is just thought of. The house is much bigger than we thought. The best part: The view from the terrace and the pool!!! We were able to enjoy many breathtaking sunsets with daily barbecues. A car is urgently needed, as the villa is very quiet and shopping is not within walking distance, but we knew that before. We can only say: Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such a great place to stay and can fully recommend it!!

I spent three days, two nights in this villa: the setting is really peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, no surprises. The pool is great, well maintained, and no disturbance around — it's quiet from morning to night. The rooms are nice, you sleep well. No complaints, it was a good time.

Marc is particularly pleasant, friendly and available. The accommodation is well-equipped, comfortable and the outdoor environment is superb. The pool allows for relaxing moments. Close to Deshaies de pointe noire and the large beaches, the location is ideally placed. A very good choice with excellent value for money.

A big thank you to Isabelle and Christian for the accommodation by the sea. The stay was great, the villa splendid. We often read in the reviews that the photos do not do justice to the villa and that's true. The view is breathtaking every time you get back to the home. Really good and very relaxing. This is a glorious home. The photos don't do it justice. It's like being immersed in a jungle oasis with a beautiful ocean view. We loved the outdoor kitchen and bathrooms and spent most of our time on the spacious upper balcony. I wanted to set up my office there, it felt like a home away from home. The access to the nearby beach resort and restaurant was a nice perk. The owner Bruno was very gracious and even drove us to get pizza the first night since the restaurant was closed by the time we arrived. All 8 of us had the most wonderful time. Expectations exceeded = highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Lawrence’s place as a family with 3 kids and 1 grandparent. The view is just magnificent! The town of St-Anne and it’s beach are not far away and bigger grocery store Leclerc is at 20mins.

We had a great time at Arnaud's place. The villa is as described. Impeccable cleanliness and high quality bedding! We were hosted very well by Arnaud and his small touches were very much appreciated throughout the stay. We particularly enjoyed the private pool that allows adults and children to relax after a day of sightseeing and to keep busy during downtime. Our hosts were very responsive, kind and had great tips! Petit-Bourg is not really close to the beaches but the fairly central location allows you to explore the island quite easily (Point-à-Pitre, Gosier, Soufrière, Carbet, etc.). We recommend!

Our stay at the villa was just great. The views are breathtaking and even more impressive in person. The space is spacious and the place is very private. We were in a corner of paradise, we wouldn't hesitate to go back for a second!

We used to stay in Saint-François and chose the west coast on Basse Terre for once. The choice was perfect: perfect weather, lush greenery and much more wild, many activities (hiking, snorkeling with turtles, diving...). The villa is perfectly located with one of the best views we have had the opportunity to see. The sunsets were sumptuous.

Overall we had a nice stay. The house is well equipped and arranged. It met our expectations. The environment is peaceful and conducive to rest. Good value for the money. I highly recommend it.
