Upstairs, 1 sea view bedroom and 1 bathroom. 2 adjoining gardens, 1 with sea view. 1 cellar to put your bags and swimsuits and bath towels. Garden furniture & barbecue. We do not live in this house. This charming little Ouessantine house, completely renovated in 2021, is ideally located at a place called Le Drudec, close to the village of Lampaul and all amenities. This fully equipped house can accommodate from 2 to 4 people, ideal for couples with children/teens. It has one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and another bedroom in the attic (max height 165 cm) with 2 single beds (90 x 200). The house has an enclosed garden and a small south-facing terrace.

House renovated (interior + furniture) in 2017, can accommodate 1 to 2 people. It consists of 2 rooms: . kitchinette (microwave, ceramic hobs 2 fires and fridge), dining area and sofa bed . bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. An equipped terrace (garden furniture) + small garden will allow you to have your meals outside. The maisonette is located in the center of the island, not overlooked. Great for peace and quiet. No WiFi. No pets allowed.

"Au Cri du Crabe", the small house.

300m from the church, restaurants and bars, the house is also 150m from the supermarket, and 50m from the Carole tea room, or the friendly Paul l 'antiquaire shop. Although close to all amenities, our house offers a haven of peace, overlooking the road, out of sight in a pretty wooded garden and sheltered from the winds. Bright, spacious, facing south. Ideal with family or friends. A house that looks like us,simple and warm... Lively!

We had a wonderful family weekend. The villa is very well-equipped and super comfortable. Magnificent view surrounded by greenery. We felt like we were in a real family home. We were able to find dishes and games for the little ones as well as a children's playground which is really nice! The rooms are all functional, top bedding, and private bathroom (1 shared). We highly recommend

Great house, fantastic view, Delphine and Kevin always available and super helpful, the sauna is the best!, right on the beach, super restaurant nearby.. we couldn't get enough of the view of the sea. The terrace deserves more than 5 stars. The town of Plouescat with very good shopping by car 5 minutes. We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful week in Ty Caprice. Eric and Sandrine greeted us and showed us everything in the house. We immediately felt at home. The view of the sea from the terrace and living room is beautiful. From the house, many hikes are possible, but you should definitely bring good shoes. A very successful vacation that we would repeat at any time.
