Nice studio-style apartment in Shippagan

Nice studio-style apartment completely renovated located in a basement, with private entrance and parking. The entrance to access it is located on the opposite side of the part used by the owners. The bedroom contains a king bed and a small living room. Features a full kitchen and office area. Located 2 minutes from downtown and all services. It should be noted that the accommodation is located inside my house (separated by a locked door) and that we live upstairs.

Carmene and Michel's cottage is even more beautiful than the pictures. And it's perfect from every angle! Cleanliness, amenities, location, privacy... Everything is perfect. 👍 We really felt at home in this beautiful, carefully maintained cottage. The two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, the bathroom, the perfectly equipped kitchen, the friendly and comfortable living room and dining room, the patio and/or terrace: everything is superb! Waterfront, with the tranquility and calm we were looking for for our vacation; really fabulous! Perfect location for discovering the surroundings which are full of beautiful discoveries. In addition, Carmene and Michel (who stay next door) gave us a warm welcome and were available when needed. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back to continue discovering this beautiful area!

Beautiful sunrise, paradise for fishing, quite and a lot of things around "must see". Easy to communicate with Eric, always a quick response... We enjoyed our stay. p.s. outside grill- good to upgrade, looks like after moose attack)) 💪❤️

Very nice accommodation, good location. The accommodation had everything you needed. Very comfortable and friendly. The municipal beach is 1 km away and is very beautiful. It's worth taking a detour to the beach and Miscou Lighthouse. Some good seafood restaurants nearby. Great communication with Richard who is very accommodating. Thank you!
