Vacation rentals with a patio in Point Pleasant

Michael and Jennifer were amazing to work with. They were beyond accommodating and extremely friendly and attentive. The place was absolutely beautiful. Everything seemed new and updated. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

This place is a fantastic location for anyone who is a fan of the Jersey Shore show. It’s right next to the house and the shore store, and so many things to do on the board walk. We had a wonderful time during our stay. Jack and Vivian were hosts

Karen was a great host! The apartment was exactly as shown and described in the pictures. Perfect walking distance to local restaurants and attractions; we had a toddler with us so instead we took a quick drive right into town. The pool was perfect as was the outside seating area. Karen was very accommodating with some last minute changes we needed. Karen was easily accessible if we had any questions or needed assistance. 10/10, already looking forward to our next stay.

This was all we needed for two days at the beach. It was just right. Just cross the street and we were on the boardwalk and the beach. Parking was great! We walked everywhere. A very cozy home. I recommend it highly!

Myra’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend beach getaway! She was responsive, friendly and so helpful. The space was exactly as described - cozy, sweet, and functional. A really nice place to shower and hangout after some good beach time.

Super cute apartment that’s super close to the boardwalk and various restaurants. Carmen was fantastic with communicating and answered any and every question. Check in was super easy and smooth! We were met at the apartment, shown parking spots, and given a code to gain access to the apartment. Check out was just as easy!

It is a great place to stay, close to many restaurants and not too far from the beach. Extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. The garage entertainment area looked like a fun place to hang out, however we never really got to enjoy that area as we were constantly on the move. I'd definitely stay at this residence again.

Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

Patty was a great host! She was having issues with AC a couple of days before I was to arrive and reached out to me to let me know she was on it, and would be doing what she could to make our stay close comfortable, and she did. She also checked in to make sure it was working. The house was very clean and comfortable. I brought a team of employees for an event and we all enjoyed the back deck and yard. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Amanda's place in Belmar! I live close by, but I had 4 friends (and 2 babies!) coming into town so I needed a place that could comfortably fit everyone for a girls' weekend. Amanda's house was exactly as described - clean, comfy, well-decorated, and well-appointed with everything you'd need. We also found the location to be very convenient/walkable. If you turn left out of the house, you're about a 10 min walk to Main St. If you turn right, you're about a 10 min walk to the beach. (There's also a playground about 2 blocks away.) Definitely recommend for a weekend (or longer) at the Jersey Shore!

Cute, clean, quiet. We booked here for the location. It is very close to boardwalk and venue that we were in town for. Perfect for our short stay. Easy entry and check out. Owner was timely, communicative and accessible. We’d stay again for a short stay.

Brand new house, place was spotless. The house was fully stocked with everything you could think of. Backyard is great and fenced in. Plenty of space to hang out and relax. Would definitely book again, Pamela checked in on us daily during our stay with flexible check in/out.

Michelle's place was great. It was super close to everything that we wanted to do and she was extremely nice and responsive to messages and provided a lot of amenities.

Thoughtfully appointed and centrally located just blocks from campus, this home was the ideal stay for our short visit. We especially appreciated the nice quality bath products and small touches throughout. Would definitely stay again.

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

This was a perfect space for two couples on a beach weekend. The distance to the boardwalk was perfect. Close enough while still being quiet. The host was very responsive when any issues arose and I was very impressed with their helpfulness to go over and beyond. Thank you for a great stay!

Our second stay at Charleen's place. It checks every box for me..clean, bright, airy. Plenty of room for my family and a perfect porch with a view of the ocean for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Charleen reached out to us to make sure we were comfortable. Who could ask for more! Thank you!

Beautiful home and beach front property in amazing central location to shops and food. The hosts were always available to answer all questions and assist with our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and everyone had a great time. I had coffee on the deck each morning , very peaceful and great people watching and the boys had endless fun playing in the sandy yard. The house is well equipped. With large living spaces and bedrooms, beach chairs, towels, grill, and games. You will be sad to leave.

This is the perfect place! Felt so comfy & cozy. Had towels, and shampoo body wash.. just great. Michael even provided coffee, and a coffee maker. Was MORE than I thought it could ever be staying at an Airbnb!!! I’ve had airbnbs where they don’t accommodate you like this airbnb and host does. Michael checked up on me and made sure I was good consistently. Made me feel soo comfortable. Clean and modern place. I can’t wait to book with Michael again!!🫶🏼

Wondefull place, the only downfall was that it is next to the Flamingo motel with parties going on 24/7 but that is not the host's fault. Otherwise amazing.

Great location next to the Park entrance, exceptionally clean, great interior design, welcome treats, nice balcony to relax, covered safe parking, shed with folding chairs and other stuff for children, great communication, positive and welcoming attitude.
