Located in Elizabeth City minutes from the Coast Guard Base. 10 acre lake on property. Extremely quiet and relaxing. Enjoy fishing, row boating or a relaxing swim. A short drive in either direction sends you to Historic Edenton or sandy beaches of the OBX. The Lake House is perfect for families relaxing or even a business stay. Other events must be preapproved. Traveling to the OBX for vacation? Drive to Elizabeth City, get some much needed rest and only have a 45 minute drive to your vacation!

Park on the right side (stone pad on the right side ) and walk around outside shower on the right side. Walk up the stair and walk right into the brand new apartment. Owner of the house reside in the main house on the other side. We have 2 children but there is a good separation between two spaces for privacy. Family oriented neighborhood, so no Parties and loud music permitted, after 9 p.m.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Sandbridge! This property is ON the beach (unit itself is not facing the ocean) with access to 3 pools, a gym, local restaurants and much more! As you can see, guests LOVE my place! I frequently travel for work, spending a lot of time in hotel rooms. I know the NECESSITIES! ** I am currently replacing furniture and bedding so pics may not match perfectly. Need more room?? This is a great beach get away for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season (from April thru September) we only do full week Sunday to Sunday rentals.
