Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Point E, Fann-Point E-Amitié

We loved staying at Zakaria’s wonderful apartment. The apartment is situated in a beautiful building, right in the heart of Dakar plateau with lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance and with a stunning view of the beautiful Cathédral de Dakar. Zakaria was an exceptional host, allowing us to check in earlier for our convenience. He graciously helped bring up our luggage and gave us lots of helpful recommendations during our stay. We could always reach him on the phone if we ever needed anything and he ensured we had everything we needed. Having never traveled to Dakar before, this generosity was greatly appreciated. We truly felt at home and highly recommend Zakaria’s apartment. We hope to stay here on our next visit to Dakar.

Bon rapport qualité-prix pour ce logement bien placé et propre. Tout le nécessaire est accessible à pied (supermarché, banques, restaurants…). Mohamed est très réactif et à fait tout son possible pour rendre le séjour agréable (informations, aide pour les courses, visite du quartier, commande de taxi pour l’aéroport…). À prévoir un petit supplément pour l’électricité. Je recommande.

L’appartement est très spacieux, très bien placé, dans une belle résidence. L’hôte a été très arrangeante lorsque nous avons eu besoin. Merci pour l’eau et les fruits !

Dakar regorge d'appartements originaux pour un court ou long séjour mais le penthouse de Diama fait partie de ceux qui ont ce petit plus pour en profiter différemment et pleinement. Si la sublime terrasse en est l’atout premier (la bise fraîche et douce du soir est plus que bienvenue wow), les 2 balcons et la pièce principale n’en sont pas en reste. Le quartier Sacré Coeur 3 où se trouve le logement est paisible et familial, la résidence est sécurisée et se trouve proche de tout petit commerce dans un rayon de 10-15mn max à pied. Le VDN est proche donc aucun souci pour avoir un taxi et visiter la ville. Le ménage est fait 2 fois par semaine, le logement est donc propre et bien tenu. PS : nous avons eu 2 petits soucis mais qui ont été réglés dans la journée. Nous recommandons évidemment.

Biba was accommodating and hospitable. She was flexible with the house cleaning schedule and the front door security was friendly and helpful. Best place to stay in Dakar.

J'ai renouvellé mon passage chez Kema du fait de l'emplacement calme, paisible et un très bon accueil qui m'a été réservé (encore une fois). j'ai bien adoré le nouvel aménagement du Kema Garden qui garantit l'espace privé de la personne. Appartement exceptionnel décoré avec énormément de goût. Tres sécurisé. Géré par Audrey qui est une hôte tout aussi exceptionnelle, très à l'écoute et d'une grande gentillesse. Mille mercis et à très bientôt, forcément.

Great host and very flexible

Very kind host. Marion and her man Francois are such nice people. They are very uncomplicated, friendly and are able to give you nice recommandations for the city and take care about you. Right next to the air bnb you can find delicious food, groceries and drinks. The place to be in dakar.

Mada's place is simply amazing! Very spacious with modern design, exceptionally clean, has a good atmosphere and well equipped. One of the rare places in Dakar which has a quiet neighborhood. I felt right at home, the surroundigs are super safe and the beautiful beach is just a stone's throw. Mada is very attentive, helpful and supportive, anytime I needed something, she and the co-host went the extra mile to fulfill all needs. I couldn't have chosen a better place for my stay, I had memorable, enjoyable, pleasant days. I highly recommend staying at Mada's place!

Modern and well equipped house in the heart of the city, calm and peaceful; Tim is an amazing host who goes out of his way to make the host feel at home and is always available to respond to any question.

I had a lovely stay at this residence. It is basically like living in an art gallery which is exquisite. There are events here periodically, so it is a convenient way to meet ambitious people and local artists. Our room was very spacious and the bathroom was very clean. The property had a security guard overnight and staff throughout the day so we always felt safe. It was a very lively and fun stay in Dakar!

This place is exceptional- huge and beautiful home, pristine, gorgeous inside and out. The pool and terraces are really special, the sea view is beautiful. The hosts were so friendly, efficient and helpful, the guards always there and really helpful. The housekeepers did an excellent job and were really amiable. This is a great location to explore Dakar and its surroundings - out of the city centre but easy enough to get in, and the motorway is a 5 minute drive. Somone lagoon is a must-see. Thank you so much for a wonderful base for our holiday.

Ce fut très confortable mon séjour dans l’appartement de Mordi. Tout correspondait à l’annonce et dans un quartier sure. Facile d’accès et proximité de très bons restaurants. L’hôte est très réactif et donne toutes les informations utiles pour rendre le séjour plaisant! Un service supplémentaire de transport de l’aéroport à la résidence et autres destinations est aussi disponible avec un véhicule très confortable et un chauffeur expérimenté et très sympathique. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux chez Maguette ! Dès notre arrivée, elle nous a accueillies avec une telle gentillesse que nous nous sommes immédiatement senties comme à la maison. Toujours disponible, souriante et à l’écoute, elle a su rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le logement est parfaitement conforme à la description, propre, confortable et très bien situé. Elle a également été très flexible et réactive à nos demandes, ce qui est un vrai plus. Nous sommes vraiment reconnaissantes d’être tombées sur elle, et nous recommandons son logement les yeux fermés. Si vous cherchez un endroit chaleureux et un accueil authentique, c’est chez elle qu’il faut aller ! Jerejef encore une fois!!

Adja est une personne chaleureuse et très disponible. Elle prend régulièrement des nouvelles et n’hésite pas à appeler pour s’assurer que tout va bien. Elle encourage chacun à la contacter sans hésitation en cas de besoin.

Issa is an exceptional host. He took time to personally welcome us and guide us through the apartment, ensuring we were familiar with all the amenities and comfortable in our new surroundings. The apartment is incredibly comfortable, offering a perfect blend of coziness and modern convenience. The master bedroom, situated opposite the street and facing a church, does experience a bit of ambient noise, but the plush bedding and serene decor create such a relaxing atmosphere that the sounds fade into the background. We found ourselves sleeping soundly and waking up refreshed each morning. The living room is spacious and well-appointed, providing an ideal space to unwind. With tasteful furnishings, it quickly became our favorite spot to relax, read, and watch TV. The natural light flooding through the windows added a bright and cheerful ambiance throughout the day. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a home-away-from-home experience, and we look forward to returning.

Ma femme et moi avons passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Ali. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa flexibilité, il nous a notamment permis de faire un check-in anticipé, ce qui a grandement facilité notre arrivée. Ali incarne parfaitement l’hospitalité sénégalaise, avec une attention chaleureuse et bienveillante tout au long de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Dakar dans d’excellentes conditions.

Great place with close access to the ocean for Surfing. Beautiful view from the balcony. Pool was under construction so couldn’t use and you need to request access in advance to go to the gym. Be aware to request/pay for electricity in advance when you arrive late.

Sehr ruhige Lage, kein Verkehrslärm. Meersicht und Meerrauschen sind wunderbar. Die Luft in Dakar ist nicht die beste, deshalb waren wir froh, direkt am Meer zu wohnen. Von der Stadt spürt man nichts. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgerüstet. Sehr empfehlenswert.

cute, retro spot with a nice kitchen and room! The caretaker family on the property Aja is so kind and helpful. A European sitting shower with a handheld shower head works great, if you're used to that.
