This modern cottage is part of Piesta Kuusikaru farm, our family home, set on the bank of Pärnu river in Soomaa region in western/central Estonia. The cottage is a bright and spacious 2-storey building, designed in nordic style, with wood-burning sauna. Perfect for one family or close friends; ideal for 2 persons, fine for 4 plus an infant sleeping in baby cot. We live onsite and will be happy to show you around the farm including organic apple orchard and the "slow food" production facility.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature, by the river. The location is private, but only one hour drive from Tallinn center. This house is the perfect escape from routine and focusing to people, but if you need, the house is equipped with every modern convenience including WiFi and TV (Telia and Netflix). Rooms are warm and the floors are heated, so you don`t have to worry about cold feet in winter. You are welcome to take a bubble bath in cozy outdoor hot tub.

🏡 Welcome to Saueaugu Guesthouse – open year-round! The house is tastefully renovated in a contemporary rustic style. The guesthouse offers peaceful views of open fields and a small forest. Our farm is home to Nordic sled dogs – guests may meet them or join guided hikes for an additional fee, and enjoy sled rides during the snowy winter season. We are happy to host you and do pay attention to that we are a private holidayhome, that does not provide all the services available in better hotels. In the summer we have several sun loungers in the garden.

After the sauna, you can cool off on the terrace in the fresh air, enjoying views of the green forest.

Come to rest in the barn&enjoy a riverside sauna.

During the day you can swim in the river and relax in the hammock. Evening can be spent in the sauna area, which is located by the river. We can take you on a raft ride and watch the sunset on the river. This possibility is only by prior agreement. By the time you get back the sauna and hot tub (for 4-5 people) has already been heated so you can relax in the sauna and hot tub . In the same time you can prepare dinner in the barbecue area.

Kaldeni accommodation

In this peaceful and stylish place you can relax and feel at home. Everything you need for life is here, from towels to pans. If you want to barbecue, let us know and we'll get the things you need ready for you. Nearby is an alpaca farm where you can feed and pet cute animals. A 20-minute drive away, the lovely summer capital of Pärnu awaits you, offering a variety of entertainment options.
