It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. The Capitol and its many activities are 6 minutes away. Less than an hour away is Epernay and its cellars, Reims, Troyes, Verdun. Very bright, south facing with direct access to the garden, located in a farmhouse offering additional space.

Nichée au cœur des vignes, notre maison est située à Courmas, dans le Parc naturel de la Montagne de Reims, à environ 13 km de Reims. Le gîte Les Chapitres, labellisé 3 épis Gîtes de France, dispose d’un accès indépendant et peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont fournis. Une place de stationnement est disponible à proximité du gîte. Location de vélos électriques possible sur demande pour découvrir la région.

The Bubble Barn

Located in the heart of the vineyards of the Reims Mountain, the Grange à Bulles was designed to welcome you and make your stay unforgettable. It is located 10 minutes from Reims, and 20 minutes from Epernay by car, close to several UNESCO World Heritage sites. La Grange à Bulles can accommodate 5 guests with its two bedrooms and their private bathrooms, and its sofa bed. A private HOT TUB will allow you to relax at your leisure.

The Wood Farm

Nestled in the Champagne Valley, this house will welcome you with its 6 bedrooms. This place has a nice equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, 1 dining room, 1 living room and 1 spacious veranda. There is also a small hidden space where you can play a few games of pinball. It is a traditional house in a small Marnais village of about 170 inhabitants and almost as many animals, including cows, chickens, dogs and cats…

It is located about fifty kilometers from the famous Côte des Blancs, 17 km from the historic city of Châlons-en-Champagne & less than an hour from Reims. Its location will allow you to enjoy many activities to do during a getaway. ⚠️Breakfast is not provided. NB: possibility of a spa session at extra cost.
