Modern and comfortable apartment located in the central area of Craiova on a quiet street, equipped with new utilities consisting of: a spacious bedroom equipped with a double bed, TV, desk, chest of drawers; a living room with a large TV, an extendable corner; a beautifully arranged balcony, a new bathroom equipped with a bathtub; fully equipped kitchen: stove, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee filter, hood, plates, cups, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc.; a hall with a hanger and dressing. All furniture and equipment are new.

A spacious sleeping area features a neatly made bed with a gray blanket and two matching towels. Natural light enters through large windows, illuminating the minimalist decor and light wooden flooring. A dresser and wall-mounted shelves are visible, creating an organized living space.
