The Molentargius Nature Park, the Marina Piccola marina and the sailing clubs are a 10-minute walk away. In summer, the nightlife takes place right here, with bars, rides and music. The Pandemic taught me a new way of hosting by organising the apartment as ideal base to work remotely with High Speed Fiber Internet and desk, using cleaning products approved by the health and safety ministry, having aircon/ heating system deep-claeaned and subsequnetly certified by a specialised firm.
