The guesthouse has one bedroom with a double bed, a seat and a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding greenery. There is a separate room for breakfast and a spacious private bathroom with bath and shower. Guests have access to the entire upper floor, with free entrance. The Efteling and the Loonse & Drunense Duinen are also nearby. If you want to go by bike, we have e-bikes for rent. Je overnacht in een sfeervol ingerichte Bell tent met privé sanitair. Ontbijt is bij de prijs inbegrepen. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

On the garden side, there is a cozy sitting area with French doors. Garden has a gazebo with seating area. House is equipped with TV and WiFi throughout the house. Furthermore, Dutch law applies, so the use of drugs is not allowed, the house is NON-SMOKING!

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.
