Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. There's a strong wifi signal in both spaces, which makes video call's possible. This modern design apartment in a centuries old building (anno 1584) is in the centre of Utrecht.

A quiet place in the middle of the greenery, where you can relax and enjoy the space around you. The vacation home is full of comforts and suitable for those who want to get away from it all. In the surrounding area you can take beautiful walking and cycling trips, and cities such as Dordrecht, Kinderdijk and Gouda are easily accessible.

Je overnacht in een sfeervol ingerichte Bell tent met privé sanitair. Ontbijt is bij de prijs inbegrepen. Er is een sfeervolle binnenruimte met eettafel, relaxstoelen, keuken met koelkast koffie/thee en servies. Er is is veel privé buitenruimte met picknicktafel en ligstoelen om te relaxen. Er is geen kookgelegenheid. Je verblijft aan een dijk aan de Maas met strandje op 2 minuten loopafstand. Je kunt in de omgeving prachtig wandelen en fietsen. On the garden side, there is a cozy sitting area with French doors. Garden has a gazebo with seating area. House is equipped with TV and WiFi throughout the house. Furthermore, Dutch law applies, so the use of drugs is not allowed, the house is NON-SMOKING!

The apartment is on the second floor above the studio. There is a double bed. In the spacious bedroom, a full extra bed can be added for a third guest upon request. You pay an extra €25.00 per night for that. You will have access to a bedroom and private bathroom. In addition, there is a kitchen with a complete kitchen. You can reach the apartment through a private entrance with stairs.
