The all year house is located in the village Ruś, at the southern end of the Biebrza National Park. It is situated on a hill, by the Narew River, with a beautiful meadows and backwaters view. It is large area (over one and a half hectares), with a grove and two ponds - one is full of beautiful carps, roaches and tenches, the other one can be used for swimming. In a beautifully decorated house with oak floor you will find six bedrooms, large living room with a fireplace and a terrace room.

We offer you not only a 100-year-old wooden house with a wonderful veranda where you can spend entire days and watch the starry sky at night, but also over 7000 m2 of fenced plot with farm buildings. We tried to make sure that the atmosphere of our Niezapominajka does not differ significantly from the holidays spent years ago at grandma's. To combine the rural atmosphere with a bit of luxury, we dug a swimming pool and built a wood-fired hot tub so you can splash around and relax.

Tuchlin is located just over 80 km from Warsaw (driving on the route to Białystok). We have many amenities on site: a fully equipped cottage, sauna, swimming pool in summer, a place for a bonfire and feasts under the gazebo, bicycles, grills, a boat, and a kayak.
