At the same time, a great base for trails, a lake, or skiing - a broadly understood search for experiences in wild and less wild parts of the Bieszczady Mountains.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen and a comfortable living room with a fireplace and an exit to the terrace. The third bedroom, with two single beds and a toilet, is located in the loft. A large 30-acre plot is available to guests.

A house on the edge of the forest, where you can feel the closeness of nature at every step. Nearby, you can find traces of bison, and if you go a little further into the forest, a trained eye can find traces of bears or wolves. Walking through the garden, we find the ruins of an Orthodox chapel from the 19th century, and behind it a blue trail. If we direct our steps in the opposite direction, we can go for a walk towards Solina - for refreshing baths in summer and refreshing ice swimming in winter.

I offer you a place that consists of a kitchen (fully equipped), a bathroom and two rooms. There is a separate entrance to the whole. The house is a good starting point for both Lake Solina and the entire Bieszczady Mountains. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the mountains. Spacious, idyllic cottage with beautiful panoramic countryside view. Perfect spot to rest and enjoy silence. No neighbours any close, very private. Great for cycling and walking. A lot of space for kids to play and enjoy nature. Outdoor jacuzzi with panoramic view (months 3/4-9/10, depending on the weather). This is a place with unique atmosphere, used to be my grandparents home. It has three separate living spaces under one roof. Two of them have fireplace.

Open all year round, each divided into two independent apartments (48 m² + 15 m² terrace), with a separate entrance, kitchenette, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
