Although you stay in the bus, enjoy our Large Shared Rancho for cooking and chilling. Take advantage of this unique space and super low price in one of the best areas of Costa Rica Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Not touristy, still feels like Costa Rica! Bus kitchen and bathroom is shared with one stationed campervan that either myself or the property owner stay.

It was an Amazing trip once again. I go to Nicaragua every year and this is my favorite place to stay every single time, I can only recommend it. Excellent host, clean and cozy House, TV, air conditioning, equipped kitchen. All the necessities provided for a good getaway at a beautiful beach. 10/10 as always

The house has large, magical second-story porch. Everyday we was tempted to stay there watching and enjoying the calls of different species of birds that move the trees as the chairs constantly rocked in the breeze. We also loved eating meals on the porch. The dining room is large with a North wall of floor to ceiling glass. The bedrooms were large and well-ventilated. There are two very good restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a two minute walk. I have rented this house twice and am eager to return.

We couldn’t believe it with our eyes when we arrived and saw the view from the villa. Everything was perfect, including the caretaker Lisbeth and her husband, the nicest woman we’ve ever met, she was there to help us with local recommandations, breakfast, the place was so clean because of her! The villa definitely has the prettiest view of San Juan. I recommend you go there with a rented car tho because the taxi is kind of expensive! Except that the place was perfect, it’s private but it’s still not that far from the city center. Would go back for sure!

This is a truly beautiful spot and well worth staying in. There's great beaches, national parks and some good restaurants all within driving distance. The house itself is a gem and a little like going back in time. I was a solo female traveller for this stay and I felt completely safe. The couple who look after the property are lovely, and the main house is a really nice place to sit, especially in the morning and evenings. The wifi was great and I had no issues with work calls. Roberto was friendly and communicative throughout.
