Carolas place was great, it had everything we needed with a comfy bed and great shower. The bikes were useful for getting around the local area and into the city - mainly off road through the Turia Gardens. Nice outside space too!

Great house with many rooms and separate beds. Really enjoyed the large terrace with swimming pool and BBQ. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Lovely people and place, very close to the racing track and huge places inside and outside to stop minibus with trailer, wich was important for me. Also it is really great when you can play some games as football or table-tennis while yoir stay ❤️

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

A fantastic stay at Silvia’s! She’s a brilliant host, very welcoming, responsive and with a great sense of humour! Silvia place is in fab spot for transport and 5 minutes walk over to the beautiful beaches. We hired bikes for the 3 days to cycle up through the park to the old town, along beach to Little Venice and also down to south beach and lagoon area in between cycling over to the university hockey pitches to take in the Masters euros( the reason for our visit), great cycle tracks throughout and highly recommend. Definetly be in touch with Silvia if (when) returning to Valencia. Thank you!

Overall, it’s a great option for the price. There are a few drawbacks, mainly the limited number of outlets. On the plus side, there’s quite a lot of space—especially compared to other places in this price range. The neighborhood is residential, but you can walk to the center and the park in about 15 minutes.

This apartment high above Serra is unique. The climb to get there is steep, but worth the effort. Carlos' place is small but spacy. The beds in the 2 bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the terrace is sunny during afternoon and evening with a great view. There is a large parasol to put up that will provide a large shade. The bathroom is quite small and the toilet doesn't flush easily. A bakery is very close by as is the Charter supernarket which offers a wide range of (fresh) products. Carlos was always reachable and gave us perfect directions and instructions. A parking is just below the house. We recommend bar Jubilats Serra for drinks with an amazing view, Les Moreres for a nice meal or Descanso for amazing paella and the most friendly staff. Even during the power blackout on april 28 they kept cooking in the dark kitchen and they kept serving beers as long as possible! Gracias Carlos, we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jaime! We hope to stay at your place again next time we're in Valencia!

The stay was very good and the hosts were very kind and helpful at all times, definitely recommended if you want to spend a quiet weekend and rest or disconnect. The pool water was spectacular and the barbecue was a unique detail. If you want to have a barbecue, it has all the services and utensils. Highly recommended. It's definitely very good and I recommend it 100%. To repeat again, because with hosts like this, it's a pleasure, and what can I say about their lemons, which are delicious. Thank you.

The accommodation was well located and a few meters from the beach, although my stay was short, I felt at home 100% recommended

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

My stay at Mathilde and Elias' house was simply wonderful. The house is very quiet, comfortable and perfectly equipped to accommodate six people. It is well located and easy to find. But what made this experience really special was Elias's kindness: I have rarely met someone so attentive and pleasant. She welcomed us with sweets, juices, and milk, which was a much appreciated gesture. I will definitely be back. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful apartment and great weekend for me and my friends in Valencia. Ruzafa is a very pleasant neighborhood. The check-in and check-out procedure was perfect and fast. The balcony was awesome. Recommended to everyone and to small groups of people coming to Valencia

Very lovely place, nice neighborhood, short walk to the metro to get into the city. The place has air conditioning which was very welcome and a fan in the bedroom. The host, Catarina, is really friendly, checking if everything is okay and always ready to answer any question. Everything you need basically is present. Only thing we might have missed a little bit is an outdoor space, but that's a minor thing compared to everything we did get. We definitely recommend it!

We had an incredible stay at this apartment! Close to lots of shops, in an accessible area for public transport and the best hosts, that were so considerate and welcoming - truly a perfect place for a quick trip. Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! Lara’s apartment was beautiful – the photos really don’t do it justice! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the lovely balcony at the back was a perfect spot for breakfast or just relaxing at any time of day. The location was super convenient, with tram and bus stops close by, making it easy to get around. Lara was incredibly helpful, providing us with loads of information about how to navigate the city, what to see and do, and even some great restaurant recommendations. If we ever come back to Valencia, we would definitely stay here again.

Had a great vacation, the host was very nice and checked regularly if we needed anything. The apartment is close to tram and bus stop with which we could easily go to the beach and the city center, which was great! There is also a supermarket very close by and the basic necessities for cooking were already present in the house. Shampoo and body wash were also present and it was very nice to have an air conditioner.
