A full kitchen with Gas range and beautifully kept grounds will allow for alfresco summer dining. The home is Immaculately kept and spaciously sleeps max 6 adults and 2 children under 13yrs for a maximum of 8 guests.

Walking distance to several downtown shops and restaurants, and only one mile from the beach, this loft boasts skylights, cedar hot tub and sauna, outdoor shower and full kitchen. If you are traveling through Sandwich, this loft is a must-see. We recommend this space for two people. While you can technically fit 4, it is quite crowded. If you plan to use the hot tub or sauna, please let us know in advance so we can set it up for you.

Enjoy the brand new hot tub with 50 jets in the cozy enclosed private space. Melt away stress in the giant rain shower, fully equipped kitchen, 75' smart TV and full size washer and dryer. Nice quiet neighborhood with all amenities close by with some great walking trails to get there as well.

Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.
