The kitchen is fully stocked and there’s a nice living room area with beautiful sunlight in morning. The hosts are amazing—super welcoming and helpful with everything I needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this authentic old house in the heart of Plovdiv’s Old Town. The location is perfect, surrounded by historic charm and within walking distance of amazing cafes, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. The house itself is beautifully preserved, offering a cozy and unique experience. The host was welcoming and responsive, making my stay even more enjoyable. They had very good instructions prepared. Highly recommended for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Plovdiv’s rich history!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a great location in the Old Town, everything was within walking distance, and it was a unique place to stay. While it's a fairly basic setup, it's perfect for a short stay. It was a comfortable and cozy home with a nice courtyard. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Cozy home with a very comfortable bed and separate living room/kitchen. Everything functioned well, and the house is private and not exposed to the street, making it very quiet. The location is perfect, right next to a park and a short walk from the main shopping area and the Old Town. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. I had a wonderful stay!

Lovely little place, walking access from downtown. Everything is refined in detail and a lot of love and means have been put into it! The host's attitude was extremely nice and helpful! The apartment was clean and cozy! I would visit again and recommend with both hands! :)

The apartment is just as described, it is easy to find parking near the accommodation, 50 meters away there are two small grocery stores. The host was attentive to any questions or concerns we had, and we also really appreciated a couple of welcome touches that he had left for us. The exterior of the building is very neglected (but this is not the owner's fault). However, the interior of the apartment is completely renovated, with everything you need for a pleasant stay and very well insulated from the outside. The neighborhood is quiet and a few minutes' walk away there are several restaurants. Google Maps accurately indicates which building the apartment is located in.

Simeons place is a very good choice for people that want to visit Plovdiv. The fact that is has a parking space is a big bonus for the accomodation as well, because parking in the central area can be very difficult. The host is very responsive and understanding and does his best to make you feel comfortable and at ease. The apartment was clean and tidy and had all the neccesary things. Overall would recommend for friends and might make use of it again in the future.

Very good location. Close to the parks, bus stations, groceries stores, and coffee shops. We didn’t need to use the public transportation for our time in Plovdiv. Overall great stay!
