The house is very well located at the port, in the center, 2 steps from the beach and shops and 5 minutes' walk from the marina. Ideal for families and couples. Multiple activities: beach, beach club, sailing school, cinema, tennis, casino, golf, horseback riding, hiking; House with courtyard equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, baby bed and high chair. Linens are provided as well as towels and cleaning at the end of the stay except kitchen area

Located near the historic center, in a quiet area you will have plenty of time to stroll through the pedestrian streets, to discover the small shops, as well as the market on thursdays, to taste a "Paris-Lannion" in the best pastry in the city, to sip in the evening, an "aperitif" on the famous "place du centre" known for its half-timbered houses.

The Captain's House (60 m2) and its pavilion (40 m2) directly overlook the waves of the Trieux River, the ebb and flow of the tides, from the first hours of blue lights, to sunset in the colors of our pink granite coasts. Private studio on the first floor of a family home close to the city center. You have complete access to the bathroom, living room and a small room with microwave, mini fridge, kettle and dishes. It is therefore not possible to cook. Continental breakfast for an EXTRA CHARGE of €7/person.
