Nice and cozy accommodation where we spent two pleasant days. The terrace is not adjoining the accommodation, which is not well understood with the photos. The staircase to access the sleeping floors is narrow and not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. It is a home for 6 and there are only 3 seats and 1 pouf in the living room, which seemed insufficient to us. The accommodation is very clean and the amenities are quality; apart from the 3 details mentioned, it met our expectations.

Perfectly located house. Accommodation faithful to the listing and very clean. There's nothing missing. The welcome is great and the geographical location is ideal for visiting this beautiful region of Morbihan! I would highly recommend it!

Very nice apartment on the third and top floor of an old building close to the port and the historic center. Ideally located with private parking nearby. Warning for people with reduced mobility, narrow spiral staircase. Small, nice, quiet terrace. Neat apartment, we had a pleasant stay.

Dear Bérangère, We enjoyed the time in your accommodation right at the harbor - great location, yet very quiet. The apartment is wonderful and very tastefully furnished and we had everything we needed. If you don't want to go to the relatively expensive parking garage opposite, you can find various free parking spaces in the small streets in just 5 minutes on foot. We had our dog with us and also had quite positive experiences here. Vannes and surroundings are worth a trip and this apartment is highly recommended for it. Thank you so much for having us. The only problem is that it's on the 4th floor and there's no elevator. For us it wasn't a problem but maybe for others it can be. Otherwise the apartment is great, spacious and functional. They're easy to reach. Great stay, thank you Bernard

We had a pleasant stay, whether for the most pleasant accommodation or for walks between the wild coast and the bay of quiberon. I haven't forgotten the superb waterfront view which alone deserves all the stars.

Everything was perfect, a clean accommodation where nothing is missing, with neat decor. We immediately feel at ease. Xavier de Groom was also perfect, very friendly, responsive and accommodating. To top it all off, the landscapes and beaches are beautiful. An excellent weekend, we will come back and will not hesitate to call on Groom.

We had a lovely stay with friends at this beautiful house, the space accommodating 4 couples with all the comfort and privacy desired. The house is very well-equipped, the bedding is good quality, the view is really beautiful and the beach is accessible directly from the terrace. Great! Valérie who managed our stay is very welcoming and responsive in our exchanges.

Very nice comfortable house for a large family (we were 6 adults and 5 children): everyone had their own bedroom, beautiful TV room and games for children. An absolutely superb place for a family holiday. As a family we’ve enjoyed a number of Airbnb holidays, but this was definitely the best. Geraldine is a brilliant host - warm, friendly & great at communicating. The cottage is out of this world - spacious, full of character, well-equipped & tucked away from the crowds. It feels like a well-loved home rather than a more functional holiday let. The surrounding area has lots to enjoy including the West Wake Park (only about 10/15 mins away plus amazing value for money), the beautiful city of Vannes and of course many gorgeous beaches. Or if you simply want to relax in the spacious garden at the back of the cottage on one of the comfortable loungers, enjoy the sounds of the countryside and recharge your batteries this is the perfect place.
