The house that is very well equipped is in a smaller area with 11 houses around a pool. Adjacent to the area, there is a reception in which to pick up keys. The rent does not include electricity consumption, it is measured by arrival and used electricity is paid for when moving out. The electricity costs f n 7,0 Baht/kw. Bed linens and towels are available to rent for 220 Baht/week. Let us know when booking if you want to order this and it will be on site in the house upon arrival. The house is smoke and pet-free.

Peaceful and privately two stories farm house for rent. It's an studio room upstairs with kitchen, patio, air conditioner, bathroom(hot/cool water) and there is a small gym on the first floor. The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.

I arrived at the bus station and planned to find a ride out to Apisak’s place. It was just 200 baht to get out on a songtaew, and I grabbed some food to go from the bus station- which was so convenient. They also helped me get a ride to the Koh Chang ferry- which was so appreciated. I was happy to chill in the hammock in the afternoon at Apisak’s! Great space for book reading. Also Lovely conversation and some of the best hosts! Comfortable bed and space. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The host made us feel right at home and quickly and efficiently answered any queries we had before and during our visit. The spot itself is 5 stars. Beautiful location and really friendly neighbourhood where the locals make you feel right at home.
