Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

A beautiful apartment designed for you… pleasant and functional, in the heart of the vineyard in the highly prized village of Chouilly Grand Cru. 5 minutes from Épernay and its prestigious Avenue de Champagne, a few dozen meters from the Champagne vineyards that you can explore on foot, by car or by bicycle. Completely independent, it has its entrance on the ground floor and it constitutes the right wing of a large modern house that has just been built.

Come and relax for a weekend or more, as a couple in the Cocoon, enjoying a 2-seater reclining jacuzzi and infrared sauna and these massaging armchairs, entirely reserved for the apartment. With all the comforts for an unforgettable stay, we will be at your disposal to help you discover our region: cellars, places to visit and superb viewpoints.

The Cocotte

You will stay in an 80 m2 independent apartment. Carefully decorated, this accommodation features a fully equipped open kitchen overlooking the living room. In both bedrooms, bed sheets are provided and bath towels will be available to you. Finally, for optimal comfort, we provide coffee capsules, tea... Free parking opposite, close to the center where you will find bakeries, bars, restaurants... as well as many champagne houses.

The Bubble Barn

Located in the heart of the vineyards of the Reims Mountain, the Grange à Bulles was designed to welcome you and make your stay unforgettable. It is located 10 minutes from Reims, and 20 minutes from Epernay by car, close to several UNESCO World Heritage sites. La Grange à Bulles can accommodate 5 guests with its two bedrooms and their private bathrooms, and its sofa bed. A private HOT TUB will allow you to relax at your leisure.

The Les Chapitres cottage, labeled 3 épis Gîtes de France, has independent access and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bed linen and towels are provided. Parking space is available near the cottage. Electric bike rental available on request to discover the region.
