Very homey and welcoming. Family enjoyed celebrating time together in all spaces of the house, especially the back patio where our young child made believe on the well-designed pirate ship. Friendly, kind host. We walked to adorable Rockridge and BART many times. Highly recommended.

The place was clean and beautiful. We needed a home away from home while construction was going on at our place. And found it here.

Fabulous trip! We were greeted warmly by Jana and settled easily into the spaces of this large character home on a quiet cul de sac. It worked perfectly for our group of four. We loved the peaceful feeling of being on the water and the nearby pathways along the bay; it's lovely to sit outside to read and sip something. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it is very well-equipped. We got in some great hikes and meals at Mt. Tam, San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax and Pt. Reyes as well as a SFMOMA day in the city. A wonderful location! Don't hesitate.

The Treehouse was a perfect getaway for a family of 8 adults and one child. Surroundings were beautiful. Nature was plentiful. The place had great amenities, kitchen well stocked, and the pool and hot tub one of a kind of !! We all had a great stay !!!

David was a great host! He provided clear instructions for check in and accessing items around the house. The house itself was very nice and accessible. However, we were asked to start a load of laundry ourselves for the dirty towels despite being charged a cleaning fee. Other than that, I would recommend David’s home!

I love this place. My favorite Airbnb to date. It’s more beautiful in person. They have everything you can think of, very accommodating. He even let us check in early. I love this place. We will definitely stay again. And Kenny is so friendly!

Our stay worked great for the 3 days of golfing. We were able to use the hot tub in the evening and the place had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and clean when we arrived. The house had lots of space to kick out and relax. It is defiantly a feel at home place and things are well kept. Nicole was always quick to respond to any question we had. Great host!

Really beautiful views from every light filled room. The winding mountain road and flora along the way were a memorable part of the trip. Beds and linen were nice.

Beautiful home just as described and pictured! Highlights included stunning views of Mt. Diablo and a cute, safe neighborhood to walk the dogs or go on a jog. Would definitely return!

Private front porch, lovely garden and great location for our needs. Host was quick to respond to our questions and or requests. We are local and needed lodging during a home renovation. For future out of town guests, that need a place to stay, this will be our first choice. Thank you Sushil!

This was a really cute house in a great neighborhood. The host is super nice, responsive and kind. The bed (it was only me and I slept in the master) was really comfortable as was the couch. It was spacious, the kitchen was well stocked. I was able to do laundry and the entire place from top to bottom was spotless. This house is a gem!

what a great home ! the pics and descriptions barely do it justice. we were so comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. i highly recommend this home to everyone wanting a clean comfortable place. there were some thoughtful extras too like snacks

We enjoyed our stay very much. Excellent communication and clear instructions. The home was well located and had easy access to anywhere we needed to go with a safe parking area for the car, and felt private. The garden/yard was very cute, and was well maintained with some young fruit trees and citrus, plus a nice grassy area where my son loved to throw a football. The patio area in the back was refreshing and felt private and calming. Had everything we could ask for. Thank you!

I had a great stay, downtown Walnut Creek and broadway plaza are easily walkable. The home is very comfortable with plenty of space to relax, and nice amenities.

The house was wonderful. Great spaces to relax and spend time together. Plenty of parking for us to all arrive separately and we were able to relax after busy days with wedding events. Loved that it was large enough for us to all stay together, well stocked with supplies and very clean. The grandkids loved the game room and the playhouse.

We are in the process of selling our home and moving to the East coast and have had several fantastic stays at Will's place over the course of the last 3 months. This home is a beautiful private retreat in the middle of Bollinger Canyon. You'll experience a complete getaway and immersion in nature. Will is a fantastic and responsive host, taking care of us in many lovely ways throughout our stay. We will be back!

Dmitriy’s place was beautifully tucked away from the city noise. It was peaceful and tranquil. While being tucked away, you’re only mins away from great places to eat and groceries. He was helpful the responded in mins. I would highly recommend this place to any one of my colleagues.

I stayed at Hector’s place for three nights with my mom and son, and we had a lovely stay. From the start, Hector was very communicative, responding quickly to my questions and providing clear check-in instructions. The home was cute, spacious, and well-maintained—while some fixtures were a bit dated, everything was clean and had plenty of charm. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, with convenient access to shopping and restaurants. Overall, a great experience!

First off, Michelle was amazing! Very easy to communicate with and very detailed in her communication which I find hard to get nowadays. Second, the house was literally as described except they failed to mention the piano keyboard in the living room! So I had to of course play it. Third, the beds were extremely comfortable. The outer layer of the bed was a little dirty but it’s not something I can complain about when I told them I would be arriving to the house an hour early the day of or the day before and she accommodated us flawlessly. And no I didn’t communicate that to her about the bedding because for me it wasn’t that big of deal since they rushed it for us. All in all, I’m honestly pleased and satisfied 💚
