Vous apprécierez mon logement pour ses pièces lumineuses et sa localisation centrale et à 100 mètres de la plage et du Mall IBN BATOUTA. Il est parfait pour les couples, et le télétravail . L'appartement est très bien équipé et se situe dans un immeuble sécurisé au sixième étage (portier à l’entrée + Camera) et facilement accessible . Le quartier est bien desservi en transports et juste en bas de l'appartement vous trouverez des petits commerces, supérettes, snacks, cafés, pharmacie, (...).
